I won?t be back to the Tim Hortons - 500 Pinewood road in Riverview. I?ve never had a bad experience with a Tim Hortons so I was... quite shocked how rude the guy was to me. I specifically went there to get a pack of Tim?s bits for my dogs birthday. Ispecifically asked for plain TimBits and I didn?t even get 1 plain one. I asked for a breakfast wrap and he gave me ahome-styled sandwich. The two coffee and the two hash browns were cold and the other sandwiches had bacon when asked forsausages. Im not a picky person but when I pay for certain things that?s what I?d prefer. To top it off the costumer service washorrible. He was basically sighing in my face as if I was wasting his time? Of course everyone has there bad days and everyonemesses up there orders once in a while but all this combined made it a terrible experience for us . I wish it was much more of ahappy place at this Tims because it?s near my house and I?d be giving them a lot of business if it was different. Read more
Relative to other Tim's locations in Moncton they currently have a decent staff here. 99.99% of the time they get my order right... when I get home with it so it's my preferred location. My main beef is they close this store at 8pm. I don't really know if anyof their stores are open 24 hours anymore but there are only 3 stores in town here and one of them closes latest, at10pm. Good location. Gets my order right. Staff are friendly. Work quickly even being one of the smaller locations.
For me the best for being close to home cooking never had a bad meal I plan to be back many times in the future. Great job to... all involved. Read more
I won?t be going here daily anymore, this place is a disaster. I refuse to go to any place where I have to argue for a straw to... put in my iced coffee or beg for more ice so that it doesn?t melt immediately upon driving away. Smaller but such friendly fast service. I liked that my breakfast sandwich was hot and had more bacon than other location in... Riverview. Lots of parking. Convenience store and gas right there too! Read more
Such a convenient location but whenever we go there a machine is broken, they don?t have an item or they mess up the order.... Today I ordered the beyond sausage sandwich. First I got it and noticed it had no egg, so I took it back and the girl was reallysorry and put the egg on it. Next I took a bite and I realized it was not the beyond sausage but I?m fact the beyond burger.Don?t think I?ll go to this location again. Read more
Quite rude. I ordered a farmers wrap with a coffe and got my coffe right away so i they away my recipt. When he called my order... holding up a farmers wrap he delined my of my sandwitch telling me i needed a recipt even after showing him my bank statementfrom minutes ago proving my purchase. Read more
