Got a bagul asked for it cut in half.. and this is what I received. Less then satisfied. How hard is it to cut a simple bagul in... half. We went for lunch at around 12:15 we had to wait approximately 10 minutes to place our order. We were the second people inline... all the staff seemed like very busy with everything else but us, a few customers behind us left. I will not go back there. Read more

I used to work here and it just sad to when I join the place was running into the ground and then we switch managers the new... manager started to do a good job on lifting the place off the ground but after a while it just seems like she just gave upbecause every slacking off now on the product. Coffee not getting fully brew so the first coffee to strong to drink and the restis just watery garbage, they can?t put the toaster on a setting that toast the bagels, most of them can?t fallow simpleinstructions. The only person that seems like there doing their job right is the baker Read more
