I always do carryout for the calzones and sandwiches, which are served hot and delicious. Worst delivery. Pizza did not arrive even after 20 mins of scheduled delivery. This happened with me earlier also.
Worst delivery service, 21 minutes late with cold pizza. I deliver food myself and I couldn't deliver cold pizza. Had I been the... one to receive it instead of my wife at the door who tipped $10 for cold pizza. I would've tested the bottom of the box and notaccepted the pizza in it's condition. Considering how expensive it is there's no justified reason to accept cold, late andexpensive food. I might as well have ordered Domino's(Would've been not only cheaper but HOT) Last time me or my wife will everconsider Sarpinos in Riverwoods. Plus, the chocolate cake slice tasted super sus. As it tasted off but visually looked okay.Lesson learned, order anywhere else. I could've ordered a Large Deep dish pizza for delivery from Lou Malnati's for the sameprice. Most of the delivery drivers will tip themselves without the customers consent. Sad thing is the boss (Marko) is well aware of... HIS workers doing so and does not fire them. I have worked at this restaurant and he is very unprofessional and selfish. Read more

I just ordered the Mac N? Cheese bites? BEST APPETIZER FOR YOUR PRICE AVAILABLE IN THE AREA! It was cooked perfectly, tasted... amazing and the customer service was excellent. They have very effective and friendly employees, as well as timely delivery andmore than fair prices for the amount of food you buy. Truly one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. From the ingredients to the sauce, made to perfection. The staff is super... friendly and attentive. As well as knowledgeable. They always make you wanna come back. Make sure to check out their extensivemenu, you won't be disappointed. Best of all they are open late. Read more
