Nice place visually. Couldn't find our waiter most of the time. We asked a bus person for help and he just looked at us as if we... were alien. I wish there was a bigger food selection for the buffet. The waiter asked if we wanted waffles and 4 of us said yes.She brought out one circle waffle (after an hour of waiting) cut in 4s and we had to share it. Went on a Friday. 26$ for thebuffet. 2 of us ordered omelettes which we received 19mins before we left. Oh and I guess there was an extra $26 service fee orshould I say hidden fee. We stayed the weekend at the hotel and ate at the bar area outside 3800 Ocean yesterday and the food was good. I would have... given it 3 ?? Tonight we ate there again and it was one bad after another. Two of the meals ordered were the tenderloinmedallions and they tasted like dirty grill and cheap wine. Two of the fish dishes were overcooked and dry and the mayo that wasgiven to us had an expiration date of April 2022 on the bottle. Then my hubby found a piece of plastic in his ice cream. ???? Other than the server saying she apologized, no one from the restaurant came and talked to us about the food or our experiencethere and we paid full price. It was no bueno. ?????? Read more
The scenery was ideal. After that it went down hill. The service was poor. Except the manager who was pretty cool. The dishes... were overpriced and not what you would expect from this level of resturant. The grouper which was 1 of 4 offerings was small andnot very tasty. The waitress seemed annoyed that my son and I had a shellfish allergy and we need to modify the dish. Myapologies. The wine we ordered that was on the menu was out and we had to select a different drink. The beer I ordered off themenu was out and she brought a rather respectable sub. When we got another round, they were out of that beer and without askingauto subbed to something no where near the hazy flavor or the previous. Not what you would expect from this level of resturant. We had food service at the beach and I must say their wrap was a hard as potato chips and their green salad had stale macadamia... nuts. Plus the kitchen forgot to add silverware so we had to wait to eat. It was better last time. Read more

Great location and indoor ambiance. Bartender gave Great service. The service from the hostess table in was slow, unorganized,... and the waiter didn't seem to enjoy his job. Prices were way to high on drinks and food for quality. Price for small mixed drinkwas $18. Read more
The atmosphere was beautiful. View was perfect. We had a breakfast buffet. It was....ok. Nothing special... definitely not... worth the $26/person (drinks not included) tab. The staff were over life... which I get, trust me... but that doesn't reallymatter when you have customers. I also ordered a mimosa. I hate to admit, but I know my way around a mimosa... so when theserver came with a straight glass of champagne claiming he just put a "splash" of juice for my own cost maximization... I wasthinking "uh huh".... dude just forgot my juice. LOL so I asked him for a little bit of juice and took the raspberries off ofthe buffet grade yogurt cup (which was warm btw). But!!! The mimosa... after I put juice and berries in it wasdelicious!! Moral of the story... if you go, order off the menu. I regret not getting the smoked salmon Benedict. The viewwon't disappoint!! Dine in. Terrible meal. Waitress was very good. I ordered from the Prefixe menu: split chicken breast “French” split and... smoked, served with sweet potato hash in cherry glacé. Chicken was brined and smoked. The chicken was dry and so salty itmade my eyes water. Had to send back. Disappointed. Then as part of the menu served was a s’mores bread pudding. It cameice box cold and the marshmallow fluff on the plate was hard. Along with the bread in the pudding. Disgusting. I’m tiredfrom a day of traveling. $65.00 was ridiculous to charge for this meal. The patrons at the next table made a good choice inleaving before they ordered. Read more
