0/5 I just came there with my mother to try it out and both service employees completely ignored us even when I announced I will... just leave. Clearing they did not want to serve us and just wanted to do anything else than ask if we were ready to order. Second time there! They do not close out at 8pm. The lady mention that Baskin close at 7pm.
I have visited this location 2 days in a row. Yesterday I came & they were closed. Today I went and it was closed 5 minutes... beforehand. Hours need to be updated. I will only come during the day from now on. (FYI unless there is a sign stating that thebusiness is closing early, it needs to stay open until the published time of closing.) Read more
This establishment's hours are until 9 pm; I have come to this restaurant multiple times at different times; 745pm, 8pm, 830pm... and the doors are locked and they are closed. The most recent trip I've made there an attendant was in the drive thru area andjust turned her back to me without even letting me know they were closed and it was 820pm. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Iwill never come to this establishment and will not recommend this location. Read more
Young man who works evening shift very rude and texting on his phone while taking orders, then doesn?t even wash his hands, no... gloves no nothing. Then asked what me and my son wants, I tell him and he puts the wrong topping and I stop him and tell himthat?s not what my son wanted on there and he insisted that that?s what I said with an attitude. Everytime I come to this location it is a horrible experience! I only come for one thing and that is a cappuccino blast because... the next closest location to me is Stuart, FL. I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance but I will no more! Everytime I order this one drink the customer service is rude and they always tell me they are out of the mix or vanilla icecream. I am and would be an everyday customer but this is how I get treated everytime! How can you be out of these two thingseverytime I come, especially vanilla ice cream?!?! I know why because when I walk in there they are doing nothing and theydon't want to work! Thats ok because you have lost my business for good. The service was dreadful. That part of town, it's to be expected but I walked into, "you want doughnuts or ice cream? Cool what... you want?" Just took my card, didnt give a total or anything I had to search all over for a spoon. Food is good but it's baskingRobbins we all know the ice cream is good. Not like they make it there. Read more
Pulled up at 725 pm for some I?ve cream and both employees ran to the restroom. After 15 minutes they came back out, the guy... totally ignored us and the lady told us that the Baskin-Robbins section was closed. Before we came I checked the hours on Googleand it clearly stated they closed at 8pm. At that point I did not want anything from them. The lady promptly locked the dooronce we left. Read more
