Fist time ordering so I order online went to pick up everything nicely packaged. I got home their was food missing I wasted... almost $45.00 for half of the food missing so I called them and told them I had food missing and that I could go and grab thegravy and 8pcs tenders(they forgot the biscuits too and all the sauces). I was told that I had to contact customer service toget my money back and I didn't even want my money back I just wanted what I paid for now I have to go through the headache forreaching for some one in customer service. Due to their location (not good neighborhood) I order neither delivery by door-dash/grubhub/Uber eats. Delivery are fast, but... most of time they make mistake on my order, I requested dark meat but they gave me white meat and the biscuit was salty andmushy.
