I hope people actually are reading these reviews, because the bad ones are comical and this place was awesome. We came to kill... time and grab a bite while we waited for the tide to dive Blue Heron. It was a short easy walk. Staff was super nice andfriendly. Food came quickly and was hot and delicious! It?s a bagel sandwich, so pretty straightforward- but ingredients seemedfresh and there was a good portion of egg, bacon, and cream cheese. Everything was as ordered and yummy!! Thanks! Read more
I was literally the only person in line , standing directly in front of the worker who couldn't acknowledge my presence, because... grabbing a bagel for a call in order was way more important than being polite to an in store customer. Another worker came outfrom the back, also didn't say a single word to me. It was 8:15 am and they only have, at the most, 2 of every bagel. They alsodon't even look that good. I left. I called in just in case they were busy. Upon arrival there was 3 other customers ahead of me. The wait wasn't to bad. I... informed the cashier I ordered by phone. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He assured me that everything was in the bagso I didn't bother to look???????. I got to work and was settled in to eat my breakfast opened the bag I received the bagelalong with utensils but "NO CREAM CHEESE".???????????? because their bagel was so dry already to begin with and to find outthere wasn't any cream cheese in my bag really upset me! I was there 1/7/22 ordered at 11:14 a everything bagel with egg and cheese. To go. When I get to work and open up sandwich. It... was not what I ordered. I have no idea what kind of bagel it was. It also had bacon . Which I don?t not eat . I tried callingseveral times. No answer. On the final try . Seems like they unplugged phone. As a first time customer. This is a clear sign notto return. All of the food we got here was great. We had a two egg and bacon sandwich on a bagel, poppy seed bagel with cream cheese and a... waffle. All of the food was made in less than 10 minutes and was all very enjoyable. I plan to back back while in town. Read more
