Every time I go, they get my order wrong. Tonight I went and ordered just a double burger with lettuce onion and pickles. No... cheese. They gave me a double cheeseburger with onion and pickles. Went to the drive thru in which I gave clear instructions on what I wanted, 2 $5 biggie bags one with a sprite the other with a... fruit punch, baconator combo with a sprite, 10 piece nugget meal with a sprite, a jr baconator meal with a strawberry lemonade,and a classic chicken sandwich with a sprite. Only 1 of those meals was fully complete, the biggie bags didn?t have fries andthe baconators didn?t come, it was all chicken sandwiches except for the biggie bags, there was only 3 sprites, 1 fruit punch,but no strawberry lemonade. Food was fresh especially the chili got a nice and hot customer service was quick friendly I was out the door pretty quick
The service was ok. I love there soda machines, they ha e a large variety. Yhere new Dave's strawberry cream soda taste... good(come in diet). The chicken nuggets were slightly over cooked. Read more

Horrible customer service! Got charged for a pickup order that they claim they never received. Had proof of payment, but they... refused to complete the order or give a refund. Had to go through my credit card company. Will never go to another Dennysagain! Stay away! Read more
