Paid $15 for 5 pieces of chicken, fries, and a biscuit that stank the whole truck up. Got 4 pieces of chicken. Lady at the... counter wouldn't ring me up pointed to the self checkout and then wouldn't sell me cigarettes because I have an out of state id. Read more
every time i go to this royal farms, i am normally met with a great experience. however, today?s experience was met with... laziness from kitchen staff who doesn?t double check to make sure orders are correct. highly disappointed in fellow foodworkers. when order preparations are complete, order numbers were not called, orders were prepared lazily and the workers seemedas if they didn?t want to even do the work. i am dissatisfied with my experience today. Today I was told ?honestly everything in here is disgusting and rock hard you probably shouldn?t eat it? Rude employees,... disgusting bathrooms, disgusting food facilities, and expired food on the shelves. Go, literally, anywhere else. Edit: I wascontacted by a manager who apologized and said they should have had fresh food, or offered to make new food. I appreciate theowning up and they offered me a free dinner. The manager stated he wanted to build customer loyalty, and not just be like everyother place. I will certainly be back to give another try (especially because it is my most convenient gas station). Every time I?ve gone to this location I?m amazed/disappointed at how limited their selection of beverages is: sodas, energy... drinks, gatorades all the basics but nothing beyond that. Of course what limited varieties they do have always seem be be invery low stock as well, making your choices even more limited. Especially compared to the selection at other rofo locations I?vefrequented in the past, it?s just a shame that this location is now the closest one in my area. Food, cleanliness, and staffare all fine, but PLEASE expand your drink choices! Read more
