I was the only person in line inside at the counter and after five minutes of waiting, no one came to take my order. There were... to people in the front. One on drive thru and one on front counter. So they were not busy. As I was leaving out the door, one ofthem ask can I take your order. Really? I was a whole invisible person while standing at the register but you see me when I'mleaving. Way too much mustard on my quarter pound burger two for 5. Staff standing around not really doing anything. Slow as burnt black... molasses.. Dining area not clean. Had flies flying around all over the place. Read more
The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because Cliff is so awesome and polite and nice other than that the service bites it... is a matter of policy it seems to get at least one thing wrong about your order if you go through the drive thru and no matterwhat your order it could be a small fry and a small cup of water and no one else in line with you and you got to pull up andwait it don't make no sense. Summary food as good as any fast food is Cliff is awesome service in general is mediocre at best. Read more
Ordered 2 double bacon king's from the Burger King in Roanoke, Al and 2 chicken fries meals. The Chicken fries tasted old and... were hard. The burger buns were burned on the inside and it didn't have any tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, or onions and verylittle mayonnaise and ketchup. Very disappointed. Read more
Order was ready very quickly. Very polite employees. Prices have gone way up so won't be eating out as much now.
