Lovely people there. Food was awesome, just a little bit of a wait to get, but that's because of a smaller staff. They worked... their butts off! We, a group of four, came in with a rather large order; had a little hiccup with a forgotten item, but it wasremedied and cooked right up as soon as they could! More than made up for it. Very attentive server who checked in often.Atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone was hard at work but still had nice attitudes, which of course is always appreciated. It'sactually under new management now and they're working on issues they have had in the past- tonight was a fine example of themworking towards giving a great experience to all diners! This location has great food and friendly service. We typically travel with a handicapped person and they're always very willing... to help us in the door and to help accommodate us once we're inside. It's in an easy to find and easy to get to location that'svery convenient. Read more
One cook left and they had to call in help. Waffles were over cooked and over a hour to get food. Staff that stayed were very... apologetic and tried. That makes up for a lot. Understand how it is to get good help. Read more
Horrible service. Horrible staff. We were attack by staff and horribly mistreated and no one would do anything about it. My... family and I came here to eat during a very long drive from a military ceremony. We weren?t super complicated at all, but Imyself have an allergy. We all ordered the special (three of us), but I informed staff before we ever ordered of my pork allergyand asked if it was possible to cook my food separately and safely to which they agreed. While we waited I noticed staff staringat us but I assumed it was because we were dressed nicely because of the event we had recently left. During this time there wereonly two other groups in the building. A single woman at the bar and a family of four directly behind us. Our food was served(mine first). I had asked for the sausage that came with mine to be served with another member of my parties meal instead ofmine (allergy and she wanted the extra). When we got all of our food she was missing all the sausage (Hera and mine) we informedthe waitress when she returned to ask if we needed anything else. This is where is insanity starts. It was a simple request. Isaid ?the food is great but I think we?re missing something. ____ never got their sausage.? The waitress turns on me immediatelytearing into me. ?What we done for you is a ONE TIME THING. It won?t happen again. EVER. So don?t come back here asking us to doit again. Will never eat there again and wouldn't have in the 1st place had I noticed they only scored an 85 on their health inspection.... One of the guys preparing food had a large drip of dried blood on the back of his head, was not using gloves and his clotheswere filthy. The biscuits were hard as a rock...the fryers werent working...Overall bad experience. Read more
Bad food, bad service. Had of duty personnel roaming behind the counter. Cook was watching videos the entire time she was... supposed to be cooking. Waitress was super slow. Was there for an hour because of the wait and we were the only customers. Whenthe food finally got to the table it was swimming in puddles of oil. Read more
Too much language that shouldn't be used in a restaurant is all I hear when I try to eat. Employees talk to each other like they... have no respect for each other. If anyone has kids I wouldn't suggest taking them here no telling what they may hear. I'm donewith this place. It's really sad when management is present when all this goes on.
