It's improving slowly but surely. They're also getting more accurate filling orders.
My first time eating at Jack's and I was not disappointed. I had a very good chicken sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised... with the krinkle fries! To top it off they make their shakes with fresh ice cream. ???? The customer service was also verygood as well. I didn't feel rushed. Read more
Total disaster. Dining area is not clean, and there are spilled drinks on the floor with napkins on top of them. Kitchen looks... just as bad with a disgusting floor and items piled around. Had to wait over 15 minutes for two big jack combos. Staff seemstotally confused and unable to perform even the most basic food service . 0/10, would not recommend visiting this location.
