Update 11-27-2022 . Used the drive through one vehicle in front of me. Only a few cars in the parking lot so not very busy.... Recieved my bag in a timely manner only to get home and realise all of my ordered food wasn't there. Not the first time I've hadthis happen at this location . Read more

I ordered four burritos. For some reason, it took an extremely long time to get my food. The kids that ordered directly before... me, we're finishing up and throwing their trays away when I was being handed my food. I realize it's a low paying fast food gig,but I didn't exactly get the idea that the employees were overwhelmed with the desire to serve. Read more

This location is very clean, which is surprising given how little the staff cared. Our order was missing ingredients (black... beans, rice, and cheese), and instead of someone asking us what sides we got, they just picked up whatever little Styrofoam bowlwith food in it was sitting closest to them and kept handing them to us. Staff didn't make eye contact with us or any of theother customers. Zero manners. Not once did I hear a ma'am, sir, please, thank you, or have a good day. The main cashier lookedaggravated when she was telling a man who didn't speak clear English that they were out of multiple beverages. The man shouldhave been the one who was aggravated, because when he told the lady that the water dispenser wasn't working, she said, "I know"and began to walk away. The poor guy was still civil and polite. She was also rude to a Door Dash driver who alerted her thatthe order was wrong, and asked why they didn't have a shelf for delivery drivers. That's a perfectly fair question, she didn'tneed to roll her eyes about it. Finally, the rude cashier had her kid there. He was quiet, but looked bored to tears. Be fairto your kid and find him a babysitter. The little guy doesn't need to spend his summer rotting in a corner seat in a Taco Bell. Read more

All my food was cold. Like it just came out refrigerator. My order was wrong. $29 wasted I'll never go there again. I called... Manger she was rude and didn't seem to care. Check your food before you leave the drive-thur here! Read more

Got there was told lobby was closed we tried to ask a simple question ( could we order inside since there was 8 of us? And we... were in 6 different vehicles) while trying to ask the question kept getting rudely interrupted and one of our family friendswere inside and she told him you don?t need to be rude and be begins to yell and cuss at her so we all go through the drivethru. And since there was so many of us we park in the parking lot and eat and talk with each other and we see the manager whichis the guy who cussed her out. We go up and talk to him calmly saying that was extremely rude for cussing her out and everythinghe starts getting loud with us and yelling and cussing us wanting to fight. We just wanted to have a calm conversation with him.A guy comes from the back tells us to leave that he is calling the police ( not aware that one was in the restaurant seeingeverything and hearing everything we told them to call the police we will be here waiting to talk with them the manager straightlies to the cops saying we started the yelling and cussing at him. Needless to say we will NEVER be back. Worst customer serviceever. Read more

After I used my app to pay for my food I realized I had ordered from the wrong location. After speaking to a Taco Bell associate... i then purchased my food at the correct location after bing told that my money should return to my account within 24 hours. 3day's later it hasn't.
