This was a descent Mexican restaurant. I was neither impressed or disappointed. They did bring out the wrong dish for my wife... even after coming back and verified what she wanted before she put the order in. They corrected the problem quickly and broughtthe right dish out. This Mexican restaurant has an upbeat vibe to it. When I walked in, it was bright and hip hop music was blaring from the... speakers. In terms of the decor, I think there was a wood motif. Yes.I.said it.There was just a whole lot of wood! In additionthere were a couple sparse Mexican decorations adorning the walls. For food, first things first: the chips and salsa. The chipsand salsa tasted fresh enough; however they weren't extraordinary. But the mushroom and cheese quesadilla I ordered absolutelywas! Freshly sauteed button mushrooms swimming in gooey mozzarella cheese all stuffed into a crispy flour tortilla. It wasflavorful! The mushrooms were well-seasoned. This quesadilla was everything! And all for $4.99. I also tried a Chile rellenothat was decent. The sauce on it had a good flavor, maybe guajillo or something. But it was served to me only lukewarm and thebreading was soggy. This quesadilla gave me a new way to gauge how good a dish is: If you are eating something and-before youfinish-you start to wonder if the restaurant is open the following day or you have any other thoughts concerning the next timeyou will be able to experience the food again then that dish is some kind of excellent. Not a great experience. Atmosphere is very awkwardly quiet and basic, servers not very friendly and welcoming. She even told our... daughter she couldn?t get a kids meal, which seemed very out of place and not appropriate. Food was okay?nothing amazing. The food was nothing short of excellent. Very flavorful. Was a bit surprised at the overall cost of the meal. It was really good... but there are many other very good Mexican restaurants locally that are typically about half the price. While it was very good,because of the cost I think we'll keep it on the list as a last resort. The others are just as good at a much lower price point. Read more
I absolutely love this place. It is always clean and the staff is so friendly. Its usually the same 2 people working the... front, but they are incredible and never seem stressed out. This place is great!! There is no alcohol, but that is okay with me. Read more
This place is great! They are located inside the barn shaped building if you have any trouble finding it. They have a large menu... and are able to customize their dishes to fit your taste or diet restrictions. The portions are generous and the service isfriendly. Read more
