This place is incredible. It\'s probably the best sub we\'ve had since moving to Texas. We tried The Felix and the Italian Hero.... Both subs were very delicious. The bread was soft and held everything together perfectly. We loved this place so much we cameback the next day. We live about 30 minutes away and it\'s definitely worth the drive. Read more

I met the owner while eating lunch and she was very eager to please. What a creative little market that is a hybrid between... lunch, desserts, grocery, and craft. I had the Philly cheese steak, and it was great! The picture doesn\'t do it justice, but give it a try! Read more

Just when I thought this little market and deli couldn\'t match their outstanding Italian beef sandwich, I came back to... Heimbaker\'s again to try their Frito Pie. Hands down the best I have ever had. The chili is made fresh in-house with prime cutsof beef. Cheese, pico and sour cream are layered on, but not too heavy. And the bed of Fritos gave just enough of a crunchwithout overwhelming the chili and toppings. Paired with a Dublin Texan Grape soda for a $12 lunch. Excellent! Read more

Generous and tasty sandwiches along with sides, Pokey O\'s cookies, and ice cream. Tried The Felix (Italian sub) and Cheesesteak... sandwiches, both of which were enough for two meals for most folks. The deli store has many unique salsas and gifts. They alsocarry locally farmed meats. They have seating if you prefer to eat in the market. Read more

Food is delicious, and you get a lot for your money! The Italian cut meats are the freshest in the area. PokeyOs is inside, so... get a fresh-baked-cookie ice cream sandwich for dessert. There?s a candy corner, a market full of locally-crafted Texas goodies(and more), farm fresh produce, and plants & herbs for sale. Cozy indoor seating complete with games for kids, and a welcomingpatio. There?s also wine & beer. Read more
