Tyree- the Manager on Duty - is awesome! When ordering via online for delivery, sometimes cost equivalent items are not... available online. I'm talking about GRAVY, people. He has been so nice and accommodating each time I've called and asked himto sub out the online sauce option for GRAVY. frankly- here in Roanoke, he's the reason I stick with Laynes versus the chainstore down the block and on the other side of 377. Went to Layne's earlier in the week since I heard they now have spicy chicken, chicken was good, as always. I wanted to leave a... review on the customer service we received, a young man by the name of Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we had a greatexperience. The entire time we were there, the kid never sat still, they were kind of slow, so there wasn't many customers toassist, but he was continuously cleaning and wiping the counters and clearing trash off of tables making sure the dining roomwas clean and everything was in place.
