It was okay. The team was friendly enough. The chicken breading was super soggy, fries were cooked in old oil, same with the... chicken. No utensils for potato salad. I?ll come back and try spicy but this was definitely a miss. Read more
Went to Layne's earlier in the week since I heard they now have spicy chicken, chicken was good, as always. I wanted to leave a... review on the customer service we received, a young man by the name of Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we had a greatexperience. The entire time we were there, the kid never sat still, they were kind of slow, so there wasn't many customers toassist, but he was continuously cleaning and wiping the counters and clearing trash off of tables making sure the dining roomwas clean and everything was in place. Its refreshing since kids are always getting such a bum rap as being lazy these days. Way to go, Jordan and staff at Laynes Roanoke. Read more

Had a great time here after my friend suggested it. The employee named Beth really made us feel welcome, and helped us answer... multiple questions about the menu. She even let us try all the other sauces as well without an extra cost. The food, sauces, andhand swirled milkshakes all tasted great. Will definitely eat here again in the future. Read more
As a former student that misses Layne?s every day, I was on a visit to Forth Worth and had to find the closest location, this... was 35 min away. I got there, and was surprised at how empty it looked :/. I was the only customer on a Sunday at 4:00PM. People need to know about Layne?s. I got the 4 finger combo, and it was stupid fantastic. Fries, chicken were hot, and thesauce hit the spot. There is something about the sauce at Layne?s that their competitors will never match.
