This has to be the worst Taco Bell location by far. Between always messing up something on your order or showing up in the... morning just for them to be ?not serving breakfast today?, the staff just seems rude any lazy every time I go in there anymore.Save yourself the headache and don?t even give them the business. The service was awful always is. The drink dispenser was down and the employee could care less and they kept selling drinks with... out giving drink. The employee additude was just horrible. I will never visit this taco bell again, every time I go there theservice is bad, I will drive out of my way and go to the taco bell/KFC in southlake because the service and food is betteracross the board. Seriously the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. I ordered two chalupa combos and they we upset with me because they... were out. Idk what kind of weird reverse psychology that is but I?m mind blown. Also missing things from my order is a regularoccurrence at this location. I wil no longer go here and drive out of my way to get Taco Bell. I didn't want to do this, but frankly I've just had enough at this point. I don't know what Taco Bell has done to this location,... whether they are paying the employees horrendously, or just understaffing to the extreme, but it's quality has absolutelybottomed. MULTIPLE times now, I have tried to place an order at the drive through, get there to pick it up, the line is backedup for ages, and no one is answering. Not even peak times, still, no one is answering at the drive thru, lines are stuck. I haveseen people driving over curbs getting out of the drive thru. I have been stuck in it for close to 45 minutes before justpicking up a mobile order when there were only a few people in front of me. The last time it happened again at 20 minutes inand I still hadn't moved forward at all, like everyone else I just left. No way to refund the food either of course on the app.No chat, no support, no one to talk to. Fix yourself Taco Bell management, if a location isn't adequately staffed that's onyou, no way I'm even trying again at this point. Yeah I get it, I could have just gone in and asked, but, when this hashappened as many times as it has, I'm just done at this point. Oh and icing on the cake, for whatever reason, this location justwon't give certain sauce anymore, like Diablo sauce, doesn't matter if I put it, doesn't matter if I ask, nope, every time. Read more
Seems it's point less. Posting a review to taco bell. As they don't care and doing same mistake again and again. No impact on... them I came across many reviews complaining either no stuffing and zero stuffing on burritos. I have faces same. They say the cheapest place to get gas these days is Taco Bell, and it's true! Love the grilled cheese burritos... The food is... always great, and usually fast unless people are piling in on late night lunch breaks. They always make sure I got my sauces andeverything I ordered. The drive through was not moving, so I bailed and went inside and ordered on the kiosk. Order fulfillment was slow and the food... was off. The taco shell tasted old. I?m widely known as a big fan of Taco Bell, but this location needs some training I think. Read more
