Fries were super salty and not so fresh. But it was late at night. Lady in the drive thru was really friendly and very polite.
Ordered one of the new Pretzel Pub Chicken sandwiches with no onions and was told that the sandwich didn't come with onions even... though it clearly said fried onions came on it. Very loud and obnoxious employee in the dining area. The noise made it very hard for me and my family to enjoy our meal.
I go once a year and it is always disappointing. I received my burger and the bottom bun was hard as a rock. The fries were... old, soggy and cold. I like Wendy?s but the quality of the one in Roanoke is sub standard. Read more
Yikes. Not sure I'll be back to this location. There was a long line when I went there tonight, so of course I got on my phone... like I usually do...of course this leads to me not moving up sometimes when I'm suppose to...anyway when I get up to the windowsome kid askes me if I'm okay?? And not like a nice vibe "how are you doing?" but literally in a questioning tone...I repliedyes are you okay?? He then proceeds to tell me I was taking to long to pull up. He has a point, but that is terrible customerservice regardless. I told him I was on my phone and he replied "well you're not supposed to be on your phone". At this point Iget sarcastic and ask him where his badge is at. Stay in your lane kid, it's a Wendy's drive thru not a DUI check point.Interesting experience overall. Read more

Great food, the food is always hot. Very fast drive-through service, but the only problem at night drive-through can be a little... sloppy and missing things in your order request. Read more
