That was not very good. Barely any sauce on the hbbq boneless wings. Fries were like leather straps. Burger patty was a perfect... mid-rare. However, the overall temperature of the meal was luke warm, like it kind of sat out for a little while. That was toobad. Service was nice but slow on the refill. It's Applebee's. Dine-in you have to expect to wait a while before being seated because there won't be anyone at the host stand.... Carside to go is usually on point, but it's worth checking your order before you leave. Last time I went, everything was there,but a wrap I got that was supposed to be hot was completely cold, cheese wasn't melted, chicken inside was cold as well, but thecarside to go service is great, and they had every little extra requested, and that cold wrap that was supposed to be hot was onthe kitchen. We had not eaten at an Applebee's in more than 10 years. We were given a gift card for them. We tried this one and we're very... pleased. Food was good , came out hot, fresh and well seasoned. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will give them anothertry soon. Read more
I met a friend here after the Sunday dinner rush to talk and catch up. Once seated, we felt utterly rushed to order, not just... for drinks. They didn't close for the night for hours but after the third time in 5 minutes we both just blindly orderedsomething. We got our check with the food. Not pleasant at all. We ended up paying, leaving, and going to sit at a morereasonable business to chat and spend our money. Read more
Totally enjoyed Applebee's in Roanoke off of rt 460. Waitress was really good, restaurant eating area was clean, food was... fantastic. They need to work a bit more on the bathrooms. But over all was really happy. Read more
This restaurant has serious staff issues. The food is typically fine although can bit hit and miss. There is one helpful... person on the floor which is the bartender who has been there for years. If she isn?t working I don?t even bother walking in. The other hosts/hostesses can?t be bothered and most of the wait staff is not interested in working. I can?t understand whyeven apply for the job if you are going to avoid taking a table and providing even a basic level of service. Never reallyexpect much from a chain restaurant, but basic service would be a start. Read more
One of my favorite restaurants mostly because they offer gluten sensitive menu options. The flavored lemonades are good, I... recommend the blue raspberry. If you're on a budget, the options for the 2 eat for $25 are not bad. Please remember to tip. Read more
The staff is nice but very understaffed, which is normal anymore, but we had to wait more than 10 minutes before we were greeted... at the door to be seated. Service overall was fine, and the food was good for the most part. I hope Applebee's can up their gameoverall because they are closing all around, and I don't want to see this one close too. Read more
