Ordered Arby Super sandwiches with special sauce that use to come on a big bun w/ lettuce, tomato, etc. We got 2 Arby sandwiches... on a small bun. I think it had special sauce. We paid $20 for 2 small sandwiches, 1 order fries, 1 water, 1 small drink. Foodwas ok but we should have gotten a partial refund. Read more

Guessing this company is garbage to work for since there's nobody working. What 2 people to cover for how many orders in a day?... Seriously corporate get it together amd come up with better pay, benefits, or something. 3 car ahead of me 10 minute wait. 2cars have already left and KFC is sounding pretty good. Insides closed too. While this is usually a great choice for good food. Today due to low staffing or some other issue the interior of the store was... shut down and the drive thru was heavily backed up. This is no fault of the workers. Especially on a Friday during dinner rush.But the staff tried to stay positive but it seemed like a rough situation. The original Arby's is no longer. They claim to have the meats, but you better believe that a regular roast beef ???????? is... only 3 ounces of beef, the potato cakes are gone. Those potato cakes were the signature side with Arby's sauce and I lovedputting them on my roast beef sandwiches. Management on the Williamson road location is horrible and had no dignity arguing outloud ???????? with customers and just extreme lack of experience dealing with the public. They should go ahead and merge withSonic and that unhealthy junk and outrageously priced. Read more
Upping my 4/5 to 5/5. I got lunch here twice in the past two weeks, drive thru style, and the same sweet lady took my payment... and gave me my order. Classic roast beef and white cheddar Mac and cheese. I asked her for some horsey sauce and Arby'ssauce. I didn't even need to ask the second visit, she remembered me from my voice. She put one single packet of each in therefor me, which is all I need for that meal. I don't know her name yet, but next time I'ma ask her. Arby's - give this woman araise. I work at Star City Games just down the road, and I've been singing the praises of the food and the people there. Thankyou so much. Delicious! Read more
Two out of three visits order was totally wrong. Each time ordered a medium roast beef end up getting a regular roast beef much... smaller than a medium. Last visit ordered medium roast and med crinkle cut fries got a turkey wrap no fries instead.. had to goback and ask for correct order. Once got correct order hot n fresh that time was accurate. Best advice I could give you is checkyour order before leaving drive thru at Williamson road store. Read more
