Ok so I'm completely changing my review for this location. Do not go here at night if you want to get what you're actually... getting what you order. Im done with this location. Its always something different. My final straw was when they charged me$2.59 for a small crinkle fry as well as $0.59 for the liquid cheese. The container didn't even hold a "kids" size fry; letalone a small. The cheese ok I'm cool with; but not when I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I'm sure it wouldn't beendifferent had the "shift manager" taking the order would've said something about the container but he didn't. They call thisthe training store now. So does that mean if someone is being served life that here; will that be treated life this at the otherlocations? It's employees like this that give the rest a bad name. Read more
Did not like the new steak sandwich it tasted strange not good, the gyro is great tho. You need a real Italian sausage sandwich... with real Chicago flavor not the bad sausage in virginia. All the the Italian sandwiches in roanoke taste bad except at the fairbecause there meat comes from up north I was told. Read more
It's Arby's! I got two Gyros and they were absolutely delicious because I got the ones that were Greek. Didn't care too much for... the beef and cheddar because there was more cheddar than there was beef. But all in all it was a pleasant experience.. Read more
Upon entering the store, the tables were dirty and there was only 3 others in restaurant, We ordered our food anyway and the... person taking the order was polite but didn?t seem very outgoing or friendly. When we finally received the food that wasordered my big roast beef had so much cheese on it, that it was soggy , All of our fry?s was nothing but small pieces not actualcurly fries and very dry an hard , This restaurant use to do pretty good but last few times our family was there, the food waspoor and the service, oh , an we had to clean our own table before we sat down to eat. Even though they remodeled the restaurant, which was a plus it?s going down hill fast, we even seen a lady on the way out and she was frustrated with how the restauranthas gone down, with the service and the food as well. Probably 20 minutes in thru drive, waiting to be acknowledged at the speaker, then waiting to order, then waiting on food. Rude... people, could care less, not busy, 4-5 people working, no one was before me in line, no apologies, no communication, no thankyou. Lastly, I ordered a double roast beef but received a regular one!! Close the restaurant until you can get employees!!! Read more
The service going through the Dr. Through was good : nice cheerful person all in a basic amount of time. That being said: the... Wagu burger, while it tasted decent , it was dry and, looked like it was cooked the day before. Arby's has good food for a fastfood place ,so I hope they get their A - game back. Read more
There are only 2 things that keep me from giving them zero stars. A. You can?t give zero stars B. The drivethru employee was... very good I swung by this location 12/7/2021 to grab a quick sandwich on my way back to the office. I ordered the Chicken,Bacon Swiss combo. The curly fries were soggy and luke warm at best, but it was the sandwich that takes the cake. The inside ofthe chicken was a grey, browny color, but at least it was burnt beyond all recognition to cover the flavor. Luckily for me, thislocation only allows drive thru. So upon arriving back to the location to voice my complaint, all the doors are locked and hadto wait behind 5 cars before I could talk to someone. This place is an absolute DISASTER. Everytime we go here our order is wrong. Tonight they gave us the wrong order. My husband... went in to tell the lady at the register it was wrong. He told her he wanted the new ranch and swiss sandwich meal and herrespond was, "the turkey?" He said no, the roast beef. Then order 2 more of those sandwiches and once again she said, "theturkey?" No! Finally she got the manager because she clearly doesn't know what they have on the menu and he fixed it. Please forthe love of God get new staff. If you don't know the difference between meats then don't work at Arby's. Read more
