Waited in line on a Sunday to get some pretzel bites and a drink. Terrible service!!! The young workers are more concerned about... what they are doing after work instead of paying attention to customers. They were out of soda so we settled for a lemonade tofind out AFTER we paid $20 that they had NO ICE for drinks. We waited 10 minutes for pretzels to get out of the oven.The cheesesauce we got was so disgusting we had to throw it away and the grease and salt on the pretzels are enough to make you barf!Never spending money here again, such a waste of time and money! Rude, dirty, overpriced. $2.80 large drink was 3/4ths ice (the pellets, so very dense), and refills $1.10. Large order of... pretzel bites contained literally 5 pretzel bites, stacked one on top of the other to fill the large cup. Love Auntie Anne?s butwill never return to this location. Read more
Just tried to buy a pretzel, no pretzels, no cinnamon, no flavored, no regular. Nothing to sell except drinks. Its cool to see... two employees that are rude and just holding up the counters. Whats the point? People go to buy pretzels, very disappointed. Read more
The store has had a rough past, but it has recently improved greatly through a lot of hard work. Store is much cleaner, the crew... is friendly, and the pepperoni nuggets are to die for! (Also, please note that a couple of the 1 star reviews are posted fromex-employees who were fired for poor work quality.) Read more
When they first opened everything was delicious. Now the food is always burnt, sitting under a heat light to long, and old. Also... there are 5 to 6 people working at a time, but honestly they are leaning/sitting while they play on their phones and one personis waiting on costumers. It's not appealing for the person who took my money is also handling my food. I work at the Mall soAuntie Anne's was a quick meal stop, but after today I won't be eating it anymore. Read more
Poor customer service. The cashier looked like she hated her job. The pretzels were okay, probably worse than other locations,... but please try the lemonade if you wanna make a good day a bad one. Flavor was very dull and it kind of tasted old. Read more
They burnt everything I ordered. Rude. No one washed their hands. The middle aged woman who I guess is the manager, she had on a... black polo and black hat (not like the rest of the staff) wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Overall disgusting. Would 10/10NEVER recommend eating here. Read more
I went there on March 17th and they were open when back on National pretzel day no employees and they have not been open since...
