The lanes were nice, oiled very heavily but otherwise enjoyable to play. The seating is comfortable and not broken down with... newer shoes for rental that were comfortable. We did have some issues with the lanes shutting off in the middle of our game, towhich they admittedly had some computer problems, but they were quick to accommodate and gave us a free game. Literally zero stars. The worst experience ever. Rude and unpleasant staff. Starting with the shoes: I saw two other pairs of my... size in way better condition than the ones I received from a woman working there. They were about to fall apart and stinky. Thennot all the products have prices on the menu and when you come to the bar they charge you whatever price they want. Like $6 fora small red bull? Are you kidding me? I just came to this city from LA and I swear I?ve never seen a Red Bull that expensivethere. Everything else is stupidly overpriced as well. The AC is not working so everyone sweating and it?s hard to play becauseof this. Also no music until you ask for it and we still had to ask to turn it up a little bit. We had a great experience. It was my son's 14th birthday party and the folks there did a great job and went over and above to... make aure all the food was great and we had anything we needed. The price was reasonable and scheduling was simple and easy.Definitely will be back. Read more

We had a birthday party there for our 14 year old. The GM and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to do... anything except show up and have a good time! Facility was clean and looks to be recently updated. Very happy with ourexperience. Read more
Had a very disappointing experience the last time we visited. Seems this particular alley has gone down in quality over time,... we've been many times over the years. Our group was assigned to a lane which broke down numerous times during our stay, to thepoint that it took more than four hours to play through two games. Not only was the lane failing, the board failed to trackscores and folks had to roll multiple times for the board to track. After standing in line to seek support more than ten times,we eventually asked for a refund or at least a coupon for free games in the future - they told us that the only thing they coulddo is change our lane. As this was in the final round of our final game, that wasn't much help. We finished up and left verydisappointed with the experience. Read more
Been there today with some couple of teammates from the company. And it was definitely a very nice and memorable visit! We did... have a great time and lot of fun bowling. 10/28/22 hosted my daughter's birthday there and I was very impressed how efficient the whole staff was the manager Dominic took... care of our party and him and the whole staff made sure we had what we needed without getting an attitude or anything. Theytruly helped me everyone in the party was taking care of and my baby girl had the time of her life. So i will recommend thislocation for your next event you will not regret it. Read more
