They were out of onion rings, sweet tea, and unsweetened tea. People came in well after us and got their food, we waited close... to 40 minutes before our food came out. The boneless chicken wings were "hard as a rock". The waitress was nice and apologizedfor the long wait and took the boneless chicken wings off the bill. I was a little disappointed as they were out of iced tea. I also ordered a margarita they had advertised on the menu and was... told after our waitress check with the bar, they would not be able to make the drink I ordered. My wife and I ordered appetizerswhich took approximately 30 minutes or so before they were served. The appetizers were good and we had no complaints. Ourentrees arrived approximately 10 minutes later. We both orders Cheeseburgers & fries. The burgers were okay, the fries werecold. All in all the visit was just okay. Read more
Sat for 30 minutes before I asked for my server (Dylan) , took about 15 minutes before he asked us for our drinks, he didn?t... even greet us. Then another 10 minutes for him to bring out our drinks. Im not the type to flag down (definitely flagged himdown out least 5 time, I don?t enjoy treated people like dogs, but unfortunately I had to) my servers I understand he?s busybut he didn?t have a problem checking up on the tables beside us . ( the table beside us was definitely employees so that?sprobably why) The manager came out a couple times in between and saw we?ve been sitting for a hot minute but didnt ask us ifanyone has taken our drink order once again checking up on their coworkers beside us . Orders came out wrong as ever butobviously no complaints the man?s busy. Definitely recommend the tangle wood Buffalo Wild Wings. I definitely feel like thisproblem is from management . Over seating the restaurant not checking up on servers . It seemed like an easy table that would?vetaken us 1 hour to get out but he sat for 3 and a half hours all together. I?ve tried and tried to give this location a chance from the moment I moved here last year. And I?ve remained tight lipped... because I don?t like throwing people under the bus. But this, is hands down, and by far, in a tier of its own, the worst BuffaloWild Wings I have ever been a customer of. Take out, dine in, doesn?t matter. It?s awful. If you live in or are visiting theRoanoke area, for your sake, take your money across town to All Sports, either location. The staff, the food, and I assume themanagement, EVERYTHING, is ten fold better at All Sports. I can only hope that this location closes its doors and allows arestaurant that cares about anything other than employee cigarette breaks to move in. I mean, this is god awful?. On allaccounts? please liquidate what little assets you have and move out?. I wish I could give this a ******* negative 5 star. Waited a long time for our food on a Monday afternoon. We ordered a sandwich each and an order of wings. We thought the wings... would be our appetizer but they came out with our food (waitress never came by for us to clarify in the 30 minutes waiting forour meal) Overall, fine food and pleasant service, just not the most attentive. Side note, the napkins basically fell apart inyour hand, not the best for messy wings. Read more
Easy to find location. Lots of free parking. I ordered wings and fries for pickup online. Food was hot and ready on time. The... wings were good and consistent with other visits but I ordered the wings with carrots and ranch. I didn't check the bag at thestore and later found out that the carrots were missing. -1 star for missing the carrots. +1 star for a paper/plant basedtakeout containers. Read more

Great draft beer/wings with excellent atmosphere to watch NFL games. I am a Chiefs fan and enjoyed watching them on Sunday... Night Football against the Chargers in a FANTASTIC game! The only "area for improvement" is that the fries were too greasy... Read more
