We had a group dinner at Carrabas Roanoke that grew from 75 to 110 over 3 days. Nikki and the team not only accommodated us but... gave us a fantastic experience. We had a collegiate women’s soccer team and supporters with many dietary and timing requirements. Everything was done to perfection - hosting, food, timing and accommodating things in the fly. The food wasfantastic and so many compliments regarding the food and experience from the team. We had the entire team fed and out the dooron schedule and the supported stayed and enjoyed the bar area. A five star experience! Read more

Came with with my wife for happy hour, and our service was great! Damien was our server, and he was impeccable. He consistently... kept our glasses full, and our food came out quickly. Dined here yesterday with my husband for a late lunch... Everything was delicious. Our server, Samantha, was great. We had our... complimentary bread and water brought out to us within 5 minutes of being seated. She was incredibly attentive and kept thebread coming, along with our salad and soup to make sure we had enough to eat while we waited for our entrees. Food was warm,perfectly cooked, and of course, full of flavor. We love eating here! Read more

We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary eating lunch here. We absolutely enjoy our visits with the wonderful selection and... great service. Samantha was our waitress and she did an excellent job taking care of us. She would regularly come by our tableto see if we wanted anything and to re-fill our glasses. We dined in as we often do, as this is our favorite restaurant. We are very familiar with most of the servers and have always... had great experiences. We love Nikki and Mike, and we got the pleasure of meeting Nolle. Mike introduced us and we were verypleased to meet him. We wanted to add how often this new guy kept checking on all of the tables as well delivering dinner tomany of the guests. The food was great! But the SERVICE was even better! Our server Laura was absolutely amazing. I’ve also worked in the service... industry myself and I always recognize when good service is being given. She was very attentive we never had to ask for refills,she was consist with checking in and even when asking for so much she was so kind. Her vibes are immaculate. She had betterservice than the servers at Frankie Roland’s downtown. We will be asking for Laura every time we go back! Read more
