Chick-fil-a is really good. They never made a mistake on my orders, and the employees are friendly... a little too friendly...
Even though it was lunchtime, the line was short and service was fast and friendly:
the manager who usually there has black hair is very nice but today was another manager or supervisor , I don't know if she is... new but she doesn't have the best attitude... I placed my order and the cashier misunderstood and gave me something wrong, Iwent to the supervisor, she looked at the order and she told me "that's what you ordered"... then I explained to her that it wasthe cashier. she wanted to charge me the difference... I told her I wouldn't put my card in because it was her mistake... sherolled her eyes and started muttering to the clerk who was making the sandwiches?no apologies. I went in to grab a salad. The service was quick, and the salad was pretty good. However, I never saw one single table get... cleaned. The one I sat at was dirty. Also, the floor was super sticky. It's hard to say if it has ever been mopped! Read more
Worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Go to the one outside the mall instead. Has gotten multiple orders wrong. Doesn't start preparing... mobile orders until you get to the counter. Which makes ordering ahead completely useless. (The Pick Up sign is also useless, ittells you to go to the counter.) And then when they're busy it takes way longer than any other Chick-fil-A to get your food.Usually seeing Chick-fil-A name means good service & food. This location is an exception. Read more

They removed wraps and today they didn't have any grilled products. They place was so busy but somehow the fries were old... tasting and gross. This was the worst experience I have ever had inside any chick fil a. The employees were nice and that's whyI am giving 3 stars. Read more
Their chicken noodle soup is hands down the best. It literally tastes as great as my Mom's homemade chicken noodle soup.
