From the time my order was taken to the time I got my food , it was the worst experience I've had at chick FIL a . The chicken... didn't taste good at all. My macaroni wasnt good either. The only reason they get a 4 is because they went the extra mile to try to please us (me and mom). The chicken tenders were over... cooked, too brown and crunchy. The waffle fries were cold. Mom's spicy chicken sandwich was cold, wasn't melting the cheese. Thereplacements were the same for the chicken. Fries were warmer. Read more

Got in the long Drive-Thru line on a Friday night and it was super packed. Thought it was going to take forever to get food. But... I think it was one of the fastest times I've ever gotten food. I think it might have been a manager, but the older gal who gave me my food did it with such a happy attitude and said my name... with such genuine friendliness that she left me feeling warm and blessed just by that seconds-long interaction. Hopefully shehas a hand in training others, because everyone should try to be a little more like that! ??
