Inside ordering I was forgotten about. I order hot dogs it took 25 mins to get order. Plus I was only 1 inside ordering food. I... did not check on my order I could have gotten colder food to eat. I pulled up to the drive thru and was acknowledged but waited seven minutes. After the long wait I pulled around to go inside.... At the counter there were two young fellows having a conversation and neither acknowledged me. They left. A young lady came fromthe back and asked to take my order. I ordered a banana split. She got on her earpiece to ask the drive thru attendant if theyhad bananas. She told me they didn't have any bananas. I left. I came to this location while on travel. It's not likely I willever return, and if I find myself in this area again it's still not likely I will ever return to this Dairy Queen. Read more
Was greeted with ?Welcome to Wendy?s? and I proceeded to order the $7 Cheeseburger meal with a drink and sundae and a regular... blizzard. The guy repeated back my order and then we got to the window to find out only rang us up for the 2 for $5 so they handme a Sprite, sundae, and a small blizzard? I kept telling the guy at the window that I ordered the $7 burger meal with drink andsundae? He just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and stared at the screen for a few minutes and then just walked away. Then he came back and asked me what I still needed? Where is the management? These people need some leadership. Took me threetimes saying I ordered the burger meal before they just handed me a burger that obviously wasn?t the one I was trying to order.Seriously frustrating and they weren?t even busy. Read more
So two of the chicken tenders were only 2 inches long. Onion rings were so over cooked I could hardly bite into them. We got 2... combos and it was $27.00. Very slow service. Read more
Horrible service. I ordered a cake online for my son's graduation and had a confirmation. I went to the store only to see a sign... on the door with the date (may 25th) saying that no one was there due to low staffing. We had no cake for my son's party bc ofthis. I then called the store multiple times the next day until I finally got a hold of someone. They said that they had toclose the store quickly and "had to put up an old sign on the door" (funny how it has the correct date if it was an old sign)and I could get the cake today. They had also put the incorrect name on the cake. I told them I didn't think I should have topay full price for it and they said if I didn't want it I did t have to pick it up. No apology and no offer for any kind ofdiscount to make it right. This place has definitely lost my business. Read more

Almost impossible to get a burger without cheese here. Been burned too many times to warrant ever returning , at 12 dollars for... a combo, it'd be nice to actually be able to eat a burger instead of throwing it out. Read more
