We have ordered from this location several times. Pizza is always good and hot. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.
So I checked my order when I picked up the pizza. I noticed that one of my pizzas was not square cut when I usually always order... square cut. Now even though I usually order square-cut out the more than 50 pizzas through a 10-month period(really I eat a lotof pizza!) at several locations, only today was my order correct. Now granted I originally told the pie master that 2 out of 3wasn't bad because one of them as not squared-cut, but I rechecked my order and it was I that made the mistake! So the orderwas correct and I apologize. So thank you staff at the 2161 Bennington SE location!!! Now with that, I must also say one tinylittle thing. The pineapple was not good on my pineapple pepperoni pie and It had that slightly fermented smell indicating itmight have been left out a little too long or possibly near its expiration. Overall it was great and again thank you for beingthe first store here in Roanoke VA that got my order correctly!!! Read more
Not only is this the best dominos to order from . But Johnathan has great customer service! My last dominos order got canceled... cause they were to busy which I completely understand no big deal! But I had a rewards which the downtown location handled itfine! They were un able to redeem a rewards with another location so the only complaint I have is to make it easier on youemployees and managers as too make them able to account for the rewards program you guys have (just to be able to give them backif an order gets canceled). I just got off work and I was hungry so I placed a late night order! He really did everything hecould for me and was HONEST!! He really deserves a raise! Read more
Always a good experience at this Domino's. It's bigger inside than most which is a plus, also you can eat inside if you choose.... Good food and good customer service, you can also watch them make your food as their kitchen completely visible when you walkin. Read more
The store manager is rude. Will not fix my order or let me redeem my free pizza coupon I received online because there system... online isn't working correctly. My coupon expired the next day so I lost out on a free pizza. The store manager also startedlaughing at me with my concerns and then hug up the phone. I have never experienced such rude help from any restaurant. I use toorder at least every week but I will not with this store unless they get a new store manager who is helpful. Read more
I ordered: two large pizzas, a brownie, and a 2 liter drink. What I got: It took 2 hours to arrive, the drink was missing, one... of the pizzas was missing toppings, and the other pizza arrived as a medium, was also missing toppings, and looked like it hadbeen used for soccer practice. Both were overcooked and dry. I want my money back. Read more
