My team and I enjoyed an outing to Frankie Rowland's Steakhouse this past Thursday 9/29/2022 for an early dinner (5:30pm... reservation) after work. The dining room was a bit emptier when we sat down but people started rolling in shortly thereafter. Isaw all of this to say that the lack of being busy may have effected our service - WHICH WAS STELLAR. We were a party of 6. Weordered 4 steaks (1 NY strip, 3 filets, 1 salmon, 1 crab cake). We shared several sides family style - 2 sides of Brusselsprouts, 2 sides of asparagus, 1 au gratin potato, 1 side of the carrots. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was veryattentive. Music was slightly too loud for my taste which made it a bit difficult for me to hear conversations happening at theother end of the table, but really enjoyable overall and fit the atmosphere. We just had to talk louder. All the staff werefriendly. Our server was training a new guy. Our wine and beverages were great. This was my first experience at FR's and I wasso concerned before going due to recent reviews, but personally, our experience was awesome. Maybe I will have to go backduring a busier dinner slot, on a busier night to experience what others have said recently? Read more

We had an amazing dinner. Being from DC we were used to this sort of high-end locale. However, unlike the norm in DC we felt... like we were having dinner with friends in the living room. The staff were amazing and pleasant and fun!! They engaged andhelped us pick the best sides. Great job with your staff. Now onto the food!! The gnocchi blue cheese was utterly amazing andhad such a wonderful taste overall. The scallops were spot on. We split a tomahawk steak and each our own lobster tail.Succulent does not even begin to describe the tail. The meat was wonderful portioned and seasoned. I hate hate hate blandtasting steaks. Cook that meat with seasons and spices man!! Well Frankie Rowlands meets that standard for me!! Great flavorand spicy with the charred black pepper!! Cooked exactly the way we wanted it. You have to go here.....if for nothing elsethen their Martini menu options!! Great selection. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Well worth your hard earned dollars, if youare looking for an upscale locale that also makes you feel warm and inviting. Read more

Frakie never fails me. The service was top tier and the food was amazing. Their cocktails were especially tasty. I would... recommend anyone to eat there so you can have a reliable baseline for decent steak. Read more

I went to Frankie's after being unhappy at Billy's - and, as it turns out, I was just as unhappy at Frankie's. This place makes... itself out to be a clone of Ruth's Chris - but unfortunately, it falls way short of that mark. Here are some highlights: -Martini - spot on good. No issues there. - Bread. Sort of a cut-up baguette. Cold, and stale. For sure from at leastyesterday. Could have passed as toast. - Butter - sort of OK, but didn't really taste like real butter. - Tomato and freshmozzarella salad. Tomatoes were actually pretty fresh, maybe even local. Mozz was totally dried out, and was really notsuitable for eating. - Kansas City Strip ($63). Was actually cooked properly - was the right amount of rareness for my liking. BUT - was also completely, utterly, totally cold - like it was cooked 20 minutes ago. Completely inedible - was like leftovers. Helps explain why it took 1/2 hour to bring steak to me. - Mashed potatoes. Perfectly acceptable, and notably - notcold. Maybe you'll have good luck - I for sure did not. Read more

I had high expectations coming in. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. The atmosphere was loud this day, with 4 men as if a ball... game was on. No one said anything. So I ordered a steak it was seasoning well but ice cold along with the the sides. I sent thesteak back twice along with the sides, which were ice cold. In addition, one of the assist servers wanted to be a comedian, while they were providing bad service and cold food. No manager check in on us are anything. When I go out to eat, I expectedhot food prepared accordingly. I think that they can do better and they should be intention about doing better. If Chick fil Aout performs you and your business is designed to provide superior service, then your managers, staff and cooks should lookthemselves in the mirror. So I wish that your business improve in these areas, good luck. But it will have to be for the nextperson because I want return. Read more

The restaurant and staff were great. Ambience is very classy. Oysters were good too. We both had steaks a filet and a ribeye.... You pay $50 at least for the steak and then you pay for each side. The steaks weren't seasoned well. The food is good but Idon't think it's worth the price. Read more
