Ordered chicken tenders combo after 4 min. wait at drive thru. Waited another 14 mins for side order which never came. Went into... store and asked for side. Was told it wasn't ready. Could we sub fries? No, they weren't ready either. No fries. At a burgerjoint. I took my chicken and tea and left. Filled out online form to try to get refund. It took 10 minutes to do so. I got acode number to write on the receipt. Have to return and give them receipt -- but they never said what their resolution would be.I know these are difficult times, but this is not acceptable. Trash. If you can't find someone to make a cheeseburger maybe you should close the store. The place is a dump and the service... sucks. Read more
Hardee's you're supposed to be a Southern Restaurant yet you cannot make sweet tea please go back to the basics don't nobody... want no colored water Read more
Breakfast biscuit was hot, got the mustard I asked for. At drive thru check out after getting food, I made eye contact with the... staff person and said thank you! She responded with a blank stare. Read more
People were nice. But after asking twice for sauce, they forgot it 100%. Acted annoyed when I called them back to the window... to ask for it again. And the chicken for my sandwiches was overcooked overcooked. One was "grilled" and the other breaded andfried. Read more
Went through drive through & had to wait for a while to get the food. The kid's burger was warm but both Famous Star burger were... barely warm. I temped them when I got to my house (2 minutes away) & they were 97°! Went back for a refund. The meal was a goodportion but not made fresh or re-heated correctly. I was told they keep 2 burgers made then the following ones are made fresh.There were 3 cars in the drive through during the entire 15+ minutes the order process to receiving our food. We are willing totry Hardee's again but not this location. Possibly there would be a better experience during breakfast when this location seemsto have more business. Read more
Tried to go through the drive through a couple of times before, usually in the afternoon, and was turned away because they said... they had no staff... Ok, decided to try again and went to go inside this morning a little after 9am so I could use the restroomand order food but the doors were locked, even though the drive through had cars. I called and they said they didn't have enoughstaff to open the dining room and wouldn't even let me use the bathroom. I'm not ordering food when my bladder is exploding, andI dont have the confidence to stop here anymore when half the time they are closed. Read more
