Reliably good breakfast platter. Inexpensive and enough to make your own biscuit with egg, meat, and American cheese you can add... at home, plus hash rounds and gravy to drag them through. Less than $5. Can't beat it. Read more
Hardee's on Plantation Rd in Roanoke Va I called ahead of time to see if they were open. I was told they were open till 7. I... know sometimes they close early because of lack of help.I got there and tried to place a drive thru order and got no answer.Idrove up to the window and a young girl finally came to the window. I believe she must hsv been pretty new..It took awhile forher to take my order and to get it right. I don't blame her There were at least two more people there I thinko soomene shouldhave come to the window and helped her out. Surely some one else was in charge. I will say I work at a restaurant and this is just sad. Idk who was working the drive thru but they are horrible. I feel like... they dont even want to be working and they cant even have a nice attitude and I asked for jelly and syrup for my French toaststicks meal and I only got jelly no syrup. They were just so rude. It's not that hard for people to be nice to customers. Read more
12/31/21 wow. Ok it's still a fast food burger but dang. Fresh crisp green leaf lettuce, not iceberg, nice tomato slices, not... thin, not mealy, recognizable onion slices. Nice crisp pickle slices,.not "melted and limp" Read more
Tried one last time this morning still locked up drive through only it?s a shame I use to come here 6 mornings a week now they... don?t want our business. Guess I have to find a new spot that cares about there customers Lost me and my employeesbusiness for life we have to find somewhere we can depend on to be open. As always, my mother and I stop there each week for lunch when we spend the day together. Drive-Thru, always polite, and... friendly on numerous occasions when I have ordered coffee with my sandwich, they have made a fresh pot. Always ask if we havecoupons. Just always a good experience for us each time. Never have had any issues with the food or staff. I look forward tostopping each time my mother and I spend the day together. I do go to other Hardee's. This one is my favorite, and I will goout of my way to go to this location and I reside in SE Roanoke, VA. Read more
Avoid this location. I stopped going there in the afternoons because of the terrible customer service. Nearly watched a fight... breakout between a customer and one of the workers after having to wait 35 minutes for their order. I also had to wait aboutthat same length of time and after waiting that long the cashier flat out told me he wasn't going to make my milkshake becausehe didn't feel like it, I kid you not. Now breakfast time is getting just as bad, the woman working the window got in anargument over a bad order which ultimately resulted in the customer asking for his money back.
