since I?ve been attending classes for a few months now at the ?hustle haven? or girlboss haven as I like to call it, I?d like to... write a fair and honest review of both the good and bad about this place. (all the reviews are 5 stars so far? no way lol)\n\ntoget the negatives out of the way: some of the other clients here and even instructors for that matter were definitely highschool bullies. People are rude, closed off and rare to return a smile when you?re not part of their clique, and you can be surethere are adult cliques here. Some of the employees can be condescending, dismissive and very fake. You have to have a certainimage to be accepted here. If you?re not that image, or if you?re not a super extrovert, you will feel unwelcome. The owner,London, is not an overly friendly person. That?s fine, it?s not her personality type but it doesn?t always make for the bestexperience for patrons.\n\nWith that being said, to discuss the positives, London obviously works hard to find knowledgeableemployees and keep girlboss haven running like a well oiled machine. Every class instructor is very prepared and knows the classthey are teaching well. The classes are good, and worth paying the hefty price tag for. The space is clean and aestheticallyappealing. It is, however, a very small space and there will be many awkward encounters trying to fetch your stuff out of thecrowded area after class. Overall, there are many elements to consider at hustle haven. Dropped in for a spin class during a visit to Roanoke. The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. While I\'m an experienced... spinner, I still really appreciated that they were very attentive to making sure I knew how to adjust the bike, clip in, what toexpect etc.\nThe class flew by, they incorporated all kinds of moves and changes of pace, the music and lighting was so fun, andthe instructors energy was 12/10. Hustle Haven has a lot to offer. No matter if you are an experienced indoor cyclist or avid yogi, you are challenged by each... class they offer. You truly make these workouts ?yours? by just showing up. You are always backed by the encouragement we allneed by the instructors and your fellow classmates.\n\nSuper friendly staff and very clean workout studio. You walk through the door at H/H and you notice two things immediately. 1. The staff is genuinely friendly, extremely helpful,... and professional.\n2. The places looks like a luxury cafe and gym shamed into each other. you might be thinking \"So what thestaff is great and everything is nice, I need a workout.\" Well H/H has that covered too. All the yoga and cycling classes aretaught by a team of Bada$$ trainers. If you are thinking about giving H/H a try well just do it! I just moved to Roanoke and finding Hustle Haven was like truly finding a haven! The classes are so fun and the teachers are... amazing. I find myself looking forward to class all day. They survey customers to see what kinds of classes people areinterested in, what times work best for their schedule, and to create COVID protocols. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have not worked out since having my daughter and have had no interest in going to a gym.
