DO NOT COME HERE!!! Cashier disrespecting customers. Waited 30 minutes for the Wrong Order. Offensive language in front of... children by employees. Junkies overdosing in parking lot. Employees boasting about how they overdosed before as well. Worstexperience ever. Read more

3 Stars because I usually have a great experience with this Little Ceasars Pizza. Today was a frustrating exception (would rank... 1 star). Ordered online, got the email it was ready. Went in and cashier says it isn't ready. I wait, the lobby fills andempties and fills again and I wait. During this time, I over-hear the employees discussing my order and one says they gave it tosomeone else. Nothing is said to me. Still I wait. When he finally brings out my single pizza, there is no explanation orapology or offering to appease. As I said, this is usually a good establishment to order from. But beware, you can get lost inthe shuffle here and they don't seem to care much. Read more
The pizza was awesome, the deep dish, and the thin crust, two my faves. The only complaint, and it's a tiny one, not the... restaurant it's self (they're fine), it's more Corp level. My tiny complaint is on the website/app it doesn't save the localstore I frequent. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something ????. Waited for 20 minutes to get a veggie pizza with no mushrooms and it was made wrong. Had to wait for a remake. Thankfully the... cashier remade it because it looks like the backing wasn't willing to do so (not sure, looks like it). No offering of a drink,bread or anything else and I am still waiting for my pizza. My last time here as there are plenty of other pizza places tochoose from with better service. Used to come to this place plenty of times without problems until today because one of the cashier employees (the grey haired... four eyes) was feeding me BS about the Italian cheesy breadsticks not coming with the sauce when it usually does and I order thesame thing in every other Little Caesars all the time. It's bread sticks... IT'S SUPPOSE TO COME WITH SAUCE! So thanks forwasting my time because now I'm not coming back to this particular restaurant full of incompetent employees who don't know whatthe hell they're doing when it comes to service and management of the store itself by closing it at inconsistent times. Don'tbother going over there folks. There are two other locations around Roanoke and one in Salem, you might as well go to thoseinstead. Read more
New little ceasors building in a very odd location. Barely can get in the drive through is extremely tight especially for a... truck. Came for a basic pizza 20 min wait in drive through.
