Was slow getting waited on but the tables had been swapped by servers. Once that was figured out everything was fine. Had the... steak and shrimp. Both were tasty. Steak was cooked as requested and very tender. Shrimp was not overdone and had a pleasanttaste. Enjoyable meal!! Read more
Good filet, cooked as requested. There was gristle in at least four bites, which I can?t say I?ve had happen anywhere before. So many things went wrong for us at Longhorn tonight. I've never ate here before, but I definitely don't want to again either! 1... hour wait to be seated... no problem! I understand businesses being short staffed and it being a busy night. Server came over,ordered everything, received an uncut loaf of bread with no knives to cut or butter it. Salads came... still no silverware. Keptreminding the waiter and hosts (who said there was none clean in general!), then dinner arrived. Still no silverware for salads,bread, or steaks! Granted, the server had his hands full, but someone needs to get the memo do not put out food if you don'thave silverware to offer with it! So payment time came... we handed over two $25 gift cards. Server rang up one and not theother but proceeded to charge our debit card $60 without consulting us about it first. When mentioning it to him he said themanager told him we should just "come back and try it again, but there's nothing that can be done." So I found someone else tocall over the manager and explain we don't want to just "come back and try the gift card again," and the manager stated he wasnew and didn't know what to do. Long story short, he found another employee that refunded us the $60 and ran both gift cardsthrough. For such bad accommodations we should've received some sort of compensation, but that wasn't important. Steaks weregood once we received silverware, but this place is NOT worth the prices they charge, at least not on a Sunday!! (Also take noteof the dirty plate they put the filet on? the spec of cheese melted on when I ordered nothing that incorporated cheese! ????) Read more
We ate here on 10.30.21 and it was wonderful. they said a half hour wait but they called us in 5 minutes. We got the Wild west... Shrimp for an appetizer and it could of been a meal almost 50 shrimp, you cant stop eating them. You get a dinner bread andbutter. They have good beer. I got the 18oz T-Bone for only $25 and it was thick and cooked perfect. The Mrs. got the GrilledChicken Strawberry salad. It was awesome, we have had it before and I had the 7 pepper sirloin salad before, you wont bedisappointed with either of those entrée salads. Our waiter was perfect. Read more
Went here for date night my steak was okay, very small even for the 6oz. My husband's seemed better though and the desserts were... AMAZING! As was the appetizer bread. Read more
Love this place. My new favorite. Good drinks and great steak. Wonderful and friendly staff and excellent customer service both... times ive went this week! The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The salad was fresh and very good. The bread is ok but you do need a sharper knife to cut... it with the steak knife isn?t quite sharp enough and you have to saw at the bread for a while. The steak was ?medium well? and abit pinker than it should have been, it was very soft and flavorful just not cooked correctly. The sweet potato was not as warmas you would expect it to be so the 4 stars for the food not being as warm as it should be. Not sure if it sat out for awhilebefore it was brought to us or not. Our waitress was not very attentive. We saw her not as often as you would expect since theplace was not very busy and then had to ask someone to get us our check. Read more
