I own 2 full service restaurants and went to ASU in the 80's. I also have loved this restaurant for 30 years. My last 4 visits... over the years have progressively gotten worse. I understand the workforce that the chain has to pull from especially in acollege town, but this last visit will be my last ever after 30 years of patronage. This weekend at 3:00 PM on Friday8/12/2022, my wife and I stopped in for an appetizer and a cocktail, The restaurant was empty. We were met with attitude andwaited a few minutes while the 3 young college girls on their phones decided who would deal with us intruding upon their time. Finally one of the girls said there might be a wait... The other girl went back to the kitchen and came back 3-4 minutes laterand told us there would be a 25 minute wait. There were 4-5 tables seated and 3 people at the bar. This is a true reflectionupon the management of this staple of the Boone community. Poor management and corporate leadership is horrid. Ordered Bang Bang Shrimp, Little Italy sandwich, Mac & Cheese Burger, potato salad, basket of fries for pickup. Other than a... little hard to find parking spot, food was hot, ready on time and delicious. Will definitely order there again. Read more

We just went to hang out in the bar area and it was fine. Keep in mind the bar side is a smoking section and it can be strong if... you are sensitive to smoke but the atmosphere was fun though it did take some time to get a waitress to order our drinks. Read more
Depending on manager and staff whether we enjoy our visit. We used to visit at least twice a week spending over $100 each visit... tipping $20-30. Some days, they close early, some days food not prepared correctly, staff not attentive taking breaks whilewaiting on you, other times they are open regular hours, food great, staff great, Beth, Teresa, Melody, Dawn, and Holly aregreat. Ordered favorite app below adding ham and onions and this is what we got, very unhappy with appearance and quality, paidfor drinks and left to staff arguing in front lobby in front of customers. Manager on duty said nothing. We are now looking foranother restaurant that we can go to for drinks, good food, and great service to go to at least 2-3 days a week. Read more
Delicious food and fun atmosphere! I went here to celebrate before a friends wedding. The frozen lime margarita was alright as... was the Halloween themed Greenie Meanie shooter. The real winner was the Asian Wrap w/ Shrimp. So tasty! The fries were goodtoo. My sister got the Dirty Harry which was REALLY flavorful!! Great times in Roanoke. Hopefully will be back.
