Wish I could give this one ZERO stars, waited in line for AN HOUR and when we get to the speaker to order they tell us to ?hold... on? and we waited for 10 minutes just for them to tell us they closed. We got to the speaker at 10:50 and they waited until11:00 on the dot to say they were closed. Pulled up to the window and the guy said he already threw away food and pulled hisdrawer, if you work in the food industry you would understand that that is not supposed to happen and it is disrespectful to saythe least. Would not recommend going there, i believe they waited until they were closed to move the line of cars because webarely moved every 20 minutes. Pure laziness. Read more

We drove up made an order but before we could finish ordering we were rushed to pay at another window. We told them we hadn't... finished our order and the young guy was like "That's too bad I've already sent it back for them to make it." He didn't care atall! Can't wait on your customers on Williamson Road can you MCDs. We will never visit this location again. I even stopped myhusband from putting in a second order. I wish I could give this trash place zero stars. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe meal. A 4c combo. I have to drive 15 min... home. Get home and open up my sandwich box and I see a bun but I tell myself that looks small. Well it was because there was nochicken in the sandwich at all. And you can't call because they are probably trying to figure out how the phone works as it isringing. Fast food does not deserve but minimum wage. If I bought a car and it didn't have an engine then that place wouldn'tbe in business very long. However places like this do not care who they screw over because no consequences . I like theMcDonald's on oak Grove and the one in Salem but avoid this place like the plague . Read more
