I went there last week got a fritos chili and cheese wrap. All the fritos were stale. Had to throw it away. I had to work so I... couldn't go back and get my money back. I sure hope next time I won't have stale fritos. Read more
If the owner of this franchise actually cared anything about it, he would personally address some of the reviews as so many... people are having exactly the same bad experience at this location. Obviously the owner doesn?t care at all and it is perfectlyreflected in the appearance of this location. Not all of the bays even have order boxes, the ones it does have rarely work, not1 single staff member has any concern with the quality of the job they do, behavior and attitudes are horrible andunprofessional. Kitchen is consistently trashed and nasty. Drive through order box is nasty and covered with old tape andstickers where the daily ?we can?t handle the pressure of business? notes are posted. Why is this location even still open. Itis a blight and disgrace to the entire Sonic Chain. This location is consistently rude, unprofessional, and is an absolutedisgrace to the entire Sonic company. It should be closed down if they can?t get it together any better than this. Sending methe same copy paste form response that you sent every one else isn?t helpful and does not indicate that you care any thing atall about dealing with the issue. Read more
The service was speedy, the way a fast food place should be, however the food was not so much. The burger was covered in grease... and the flavor, though not horrible, not the best. Everything was thrown on and not complete. I ate most of it since I payedover $10 for it and it was my only meal all day but could not bring myself to finish it.The mozzarella sticks were good but thenagain my sweet tea was not. Use caution! Went in on my lunch break and ordered a burger and a milkshake and had only 30 minutes and i was literally starving and only had... a limited amount of time. I was sitting outside and asked the girl where my food was. THEY GAVE IT AWAY TO SOMEONE IN THE DRIVETHRU.
