If the owner of this franchise actually cared anything about it, he would personally address some of the reviews as so many... people are having exactly the same bad experience at this location. Obviously the owner doesn?t care at all and it is perfectlyreflected in the appearance of this location. Not all of the bays even have order boxes, the ones it does have rarely work, not1 single staff member has any concern with the quality of the job they do, behavior and attitudes are horrible andunprofessional. Kitchen is consistently trashed and nasty. Drive through order box is nasty and covered with old tape andstickers where the daily ?we can?t handle the pressure of business? notes are posted. Why is this location even still open. Itis a blight and disgrace to the entire Sonic Chain. This location is consistently rude, unprofessional, and is an absolutedisgrace to the entire Sonic company. It should be closed down if they can?t get it together any better than this. Sending methe same copy paste form response that you sent every one else isn?t helpful and does not indicate that you care any thing atall about dealing with the issue. Read more
The service was speedy, the way a fast food place should be, however the food was not so much. The burger was covered in grease... and the flavor, though not horrible, not the best. Everything was thrown on and not complete. I ate most of it since I payedover $10 for it and it was my only meal all day but could not bring myself to finish it.The mozzarella sticks were good but thenagain my sweet tea was not. Use caution! NEVER ordering anything from here again. I'm also warning everyone I know of this location.
So this was always our "go to" Sonics because it was the closest. But a recent experience has made us boycott this location. ... During our last and final visit not only did they get our order wrong by adding mustard to both burgers we ordered even though Ilisted no mustard, sending cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, and they included rotten lettuce on one burger to boot. When Itried to get a refund for the burgers (should've been for the entire order) I ordered I was told that since I ordered on the appthat I could only get a replacement of the food. That was a definitive "NO" for me. I called the customer service center andwas told that I would be given a gift card which to this day (some 3 weeks later) I haven't received. Be very cautious of whatyou order at this location...these folks DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction???? ##UPDATE## Since my last review, management kindly reimbursed me for part of my order. While I'm thankful, I'm also reluctant to eat at this location anytime inthe near future. I implore everyone to check the ingredients prior to consuming food items there. Read more
This place is slow. I would imagined if we waited in line for 15 minutes to get food it would be hot not like warm. Also... noticed the puddle of soft serve on the floor and the milkshake machine was just covered in shake splatter. Not very sanitary. Read more
Went in on my lunch break and ordered a burger and a milkshake and had only 30 minutes and i was literally starving and only had... a limited amount of time. I was sitting outside and asked the girl where my food was. THEY GAVE IT AWAY TO SOMEONE IN THE DRIVETHRU. I already paid and everything and they eventually gave me my food for free and was literally on the verge of tears becauseI was so hungry and I didn't even get to enjoy my food. Thanks sonic Read more
