Coming from a young person (I'm 23) who has worked in the food industry for many of years I understand it takes time to train... new employees and it can be hard to do when busy, but tonight my sandwich was nothing close to being able to be eaten like Isandwich (I'm eating it with a spoon) the young man who made my sandwich had ripped a whole in the bread before attempting tocontinue making my sandwich I asked for new bread. He then proceeded to pour all the meat into the middle of the bread and threwmy cheese on top of the pile of meat in the middle of bread. None the less the other 2 employees working saw this kid strugglingand just let him continue to make a mess of my food. Read more

My family and I used to frequent this subway, ordering a handful of times a month, but as of a few months ago they stopped... participating in practically every promotion advertised. It?s very disheartening to open up the app, see great deals pop up, andsee that this location, and many others in the Roanoke area, do not honor them. With the increased price from the menu revamp,and no deals being eligible here, you?re much better off grabbing a sub from a more premium sandwich shop. Read more

Very bad customer service, ordered a meal combo on the app for pick up, and the employee only had the sandwich in the pickup... area, so i grab the cup and chip nearby, then before leaving i said thank you, and they stopped me and accused me of stealing.Saying i only order the sandwich but why taking drink and chip. They should at least check the receipt before accuse people oftaking stuff. Read more

Worst experience at a Subway I?ve ever had. I can?t even describe the amount of sheer stupidity in the store behind the counter.... Waited for an online order for 20 mins THAT WAS READY THE WHOLE TIME!!!! Unclean place and it wasn?t fresh. Will never be Eatingat A Subway again because of this store. Do not go here. Went there today for the 1st time. Only 2 employees working and they were busy. They did a phenomenal job getting everyone... taken care of. Great job! We don't recognize our Frontline workers enough in this pandemic so a MAJOR shoutout to the 2working around 1:45pm today! Read more

They refused to take my order because I am not able to wear a mask, for health reasons. Neither the website nor the app were... working properly, to allow me to order online. I went to another Subway in the area and they allowed me to order without a mask.Even though we live in the area, we won't be back to this Subway. Read more
