Ordered 12 burritos/melts and only got 7. Drove back through the drive through to get the food we never received yet was charged... for. Gave employee receipt as proof of what we had ordered than a different employee came to window with a horrible attitude andtone. Kept telling us we had only ordered 7 things and asked where we got 12 from. Told her to look at the receipt again because5 chicken chipotle melts plus 5 cheesy bean and rice burritos plus 2 grilled cheese burritos equals 12. She kept bugging hereyes out than raised her voice saying ?she don?t know how to help us because she?s not the one who took our order and that sheliterally just walked in the doors? calling us baby, than told us that there?s a difference between melts and burritos since wesaid we had ordered 12 burritos. Basically acted and talked to us like we were dumb. I don?t see why businesses hire people thatact like they hate their job and the customers. We eventually got our food after waiting a while but still didn?t get the orderright. Doesn?t have a name tag but she?s short, wide, and has gap in front teeth. Read more
They make you pay double 5:25pm 9/14 Had to get refunded they input 2 chalupas when I wanted $2 burritos and was lied to get... the window and not given a receipt as they charge $9.50 to my card instead of $4.50. In the past the same place gave me oneteaspoon size serving of black beans for the full price and tried to get me to pay them with cashapp for my food before so theycould make $ off everyone in line at night. Ordered food this evening nobody was in the drive thru .. I got 3 Doritos tacos which were stale on top soggy on the bottom and... there was so much sour cream I couldn?t even eat it. Then the steak quesadilla has way to much sauce and only 2 pieces of thequesadilla actually had steak on it. The beefy crunchy burrito was old and dry tasted disgusting. Everything was cold and grossonly giving 2 stars because the lady was nice at the window but other than that this was a waste of money and time and I won?tbe returning. Read more
We stopped by right after a hike, needless to say we're starving. Employees were pretty rad and the service was quick,... considering we got two party packs right before closing and they were already busy. Thanks dudes! Read more
I'm sorry but this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and it's not even close. TB is my favorite franchise because of the... menu, but for one reason or another I can never seem to just order, pay, and get what I ordered at this location. It didn't usedto be this bad but over the past couple of years it's gotten terrible. Twice I've gone there recently and there system has beendown to where they can't even take my order. Never seen that happen anywhere else. Aside from that, 9/10 times they get theorder wrong or completely forget an item. I used to not want to hold people up at the drive thu, but now I wait and check, orI'm guaranteed to spend another 10 minutes getting it fixed. Very frustrating. I give up on this location. I understand thatthey don't make a lot and the turnover is high, but I used to work a drive thru and it's really not that hard. Read more
We tried to eat at this location last night after some school shopping. I ordered the nachos and they gave me all broken chips... and some refried beans with a teaspoon of sour cream. It was nasty. They messed up my drink order as well. The bean burritoshad lettuce and onion on them. They have never came like that before. I would do not recommend. Save your money. I wasn't ever a huge Taco Bell fan, but the location in Front of Kohl's on 220, the service has just been outta wack lately.... Lobby is ALWAYS closed, short staffing isn't exactly their fault, I know that. The drive-thru takes forever, though. The speakerto order hardly works. But the staff is normally super friendly.
