I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and when I opened one you couldn't see the meat! Both ends were bare. I went to the cashier who said... they had a tiny meat scoop now. They did fix new tacos to replace them. When she handed the bag she told me I would have toorder double meat next time. I will not be back! Read more
I was here last night and it was pretty slammed for almost 11 o clock, everything was fresh for me and their customer service... while taking orders was amazing super friendly they didn?t sound irritated at the fact they had a never ending line and I workfast food myself I get pretty irritated when it never ends and it?s hard because you can barely catch a breath for yourself butthey moved through they pushed the cars out as quick as possible even gave out free taco coupons just because they felt bad fortheir customers having to wait and I hope they read this because don?t ever feel bad for having customers be on your time paceevery step because your slammed it?s better to move through calming rather than move through it erratically, that?s how you getevery order right and still be able to give great customer service everything was neat and perfectly done. Fast friendly service , very helpful employees. The steak white hot fries and burrito were delicious , not overwhelming but ... heat is slow building and good flavor. The iced coffee was also delicious. Read more
I came here without a car as the inside was closed and waitied in line at the drive thru. When it was my turn these kids didnt... take my order and refused to talk to me. I let the car behind me go after i was refused an order and they immediately saidhello to them. Somebody at the drive theu then bought me what i wanted with my money that i gave them. Most of the time this particular location seems to be running smoothly however last night we were in the drive thru waiting for... over 30 min with several cars driving off instead of waiting. There was a guy working the window when asked what's the hold upanswered with "No clue bro" and 1 guy who was making the food but couldn't put the orders together properly. This taco bell varies from exceptional, timely service, to the most confusing, long winded process. Sometimes their mobile... ordering won't let you order at 2pm because "this location will be closing soon"? When they're on point, it's excellent, butit's a serious dice roll these days. Lost my business several times just by being excessively slow or not accepting ordersduring working hours. Read more
So this was my "chicken quesadilla" from the other night. It was completely empty and barely had any cheese / chicken in it and... definitely no sauce. It was only barely cut in one place. We were 1 of 2 cars in the drive through and the inside looked prettyempty as well. Read more
I like to use the taco bell app and whenever I get there they have it ready for me. Great service nice employees. The food... tastes great and I like the hot and diablo sauce. The 5 layer burrito and chalupas are great. Thanks for good service. Read more
