They close at ?10:00pm?. I showed up at 9:25 and they said they were not serving food. I asked if they were closed and they... proceeded to say ?no we are open, just not serving food, we turned off our oven? Then why even ?stay? open if you are notserving food? I tried getting there with plenty of time before closing. I will not be surprised if this place closes soon withthis custom experience they give. Read more

This location is for sure my new favorite. Maleigh was working so hard keeping up with everyone?s order, probably doing the work... of 3 others and level headed and friendly while doing it. Kevin was also super cool cleaning up a huge mess my kids made.Totally recommend. Read more

I went through the drive thru 10/25/22 at 6:45pm and ordered a Pomegranate Plunge, Triple Berry Oat, and Hummus Veggie Bowl. The... Pomegranate Plunge didn't have the consistent flavor that I'm used too. It tasted like an ingredient was missing, still a goodsmoothie though. The Hummus Veggie Bowl had chicken in it which is not normally in the bowl. I'm not vegetarian so its not a bigdeal for me and I understand mistakes happen but the staff should be aware of this mix up so this doesnt happen to someone else. Read more

i love this location. but, whoever the chick was that was working the night of 08/17/2022 with the lip piercing needs to be... fired. she had the nastiest attitude from the time i placed my order. i was not greeted when i paid for my drinks she slammedthe drive through window . i ordered a sunrise sunset and a detox island green smoothie the green smoothie was not made right soi had to go back in and ordered a different smoothie she was very rude and disrespectful and was slamming stuff around as shewas making my smoothie. not sure what her problem was but, i love this location and she doesn?t deserve to work for this companydoesn?t seem like a ppl person at all. i will be filing a complaint with the manager as well. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location this afternoon. I spent roughly $35 on various food items and... smoothies, including my super green caesar wrap which is the purpose of this message along with the poor customer service Ireceived. The lettuce inside of my wrap was worse than just wilted, it was brown in certain spots. Roughly 50% of my wrap wasfull of wilted and brown lettuce. There is no way the person who made this wrap did not see how badly decayed this lettuce was.This is a serious health hazard. I brought my wrap back and asked to speak with a manager. A young female with glasses told methere was no manager I could speak with. I showed her my wrap. She appeared annoyed with me expressing my concern. She didn'tapologize and simply asked if I wanted a new one. I told her, no, I didn't want a new one and asked if my green smoothieincluded the same greens that she used to make my wrap. She replied, no, with an attitude as if I should know this. How am Isupposed to know this? It's a logical question to ask given that there are salad greens in a green smoothie. Not to mention, Ipaid $8 for that smoothie... I wanted confirmation I'm not going to be drinking the same rotten greens only blended. I wasdisgusted by the whole situation and my treatment at this point so I told her I wanted a complete refund because I didn't wantto eat any of the items anymore. She once again said nothing and looked annoyed. An apology would have been nice. I had to comeall the way back because of this and took several bites from a rotten wrap! She handed me cash which I assumed was the totalamount I paid for my check and I walked out. I got outside the store only to realize she only refunded me for my food and notthe extra money I spent on smoothies for myself and my son. I was so upset I just left. This is awful customer service. Thanks to the employee who put a smiley on my dip for the quesadilla this Saturday night ???? (9/13/19) (Late 2021-2022) Sadly... things have not stayed so great at this location. Food was always pricey so not going to complain much about it going up. Butthey are pretty much constantly short staffed and getting help when going inside takes a decent amount of time. I just calledwhile in store the last time to get someone to pay attention to myself and another person who seemed like they were also justpicking up an order. I would think at least taking an order as soon as someone comes in would be a decent courtesy even if youcan't get their food that quick. Checking if someone is there to just pick up would be nice too. But I guess the best strategyis drive through. Anyway I'll maybe just go to the other location in town from now on. Read more

Be wary of what you order here. Got a hummus veggie wrap, an $8 wrap with no meat on it and there is one slice of tomato a... sprinkling of lettuce and most of it is rotten. I'm not talking old I'm literally talking brown with liquid rotten and I've gotpictures to add. I don't have time to go back out and grab lunch. So not only do I have about 40 cents of product on an $8 wrapit's also going in the trash. I took my first bite picked out a weird piece of lettuce, took another picked out another pieceand then decided to open it up. There is some fresh green lettuce you can see for contrast. The guy offered to cover my nextmeal but my stomach is at the point I'm not interested, this is disgusting knowing that lettuce is behind their counter. Read more
