I love Wendy's however this particular Wendy's could be a little bit more organized quicker on getting orders to the customers... and serving french fries much fresher than what I received that weren't dark looking. Bread was hard. Patties were dry and cool. I am solely leaving this review to share pabout the service provided by Jessica M. this afternoon!! My family and I were... traveling on the road and stopped by this location at noon to order lunch. While the food was nothing to rave about (fries saltyand luke warm.. sandwiches barely warm as well) Jessica was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to find someone to answer myquestion when she was unsure and made sure my order was correct! Her personality was very welcoming and kind!!! Probably one of the worst experiences in my life and I?ve worked in fast food. Took quite a while to even get someone to take... our order even though there were only three other cars. Order taker seemed lost and didn?t repeat anything back to us and justwent silent. After sitting at the speaker we just pulled up and got to witness one of the most awkward spectacles known to man.The guy in the window stared at us and walked around aimlessly. Asked if he read us our order back even though he never said aword. Asked if we wanted a receipt and threw it to the side instead of handing it to me. Didn?t even get our complete order andI can?t do anything about it because they refused to give us the receipt. How this location is open blows my mind. Read more

Pulled up to order food, immediately person was rude, if you don?t like having a job I?m sure there are others that will fill... your position I know fast food is stressful but we were the only car in line not like a lot was happening, got our food ordernumber 3 and the fries were soggy an rock hard chicken nuggets, got a $5 biggie bag an was same thing only my chicken sandwichwas Rock hard only thing fresh out of the whole meal was the bacon?. After 20 minutes in drive-thru and there was only two cars in front of me and none at either window. I left the food is not that... good for me to sit and waste anymore time. Went to Burger King in Vinton 7 minutes in thru total food was hot and pretty good. Read more
