Easy to find, parking was easy. Guy behind the counter looked kind of shocked that we walked in instead of the drive thru lol.... Asked how much for the whole bags of coffee, got a blank stare. Figured it out and we bought 3 bags. Just opened the dark roastbag up and looked at the expiration date, 8/15/22. They had expired coffee sitting on the shelf lol. We don't really care, it'scoffee, but if it were something else they didn't pay attention to it might hurt someone one day. Read more
Would give it one star but they did get my order right once this week. However this evening the young girl brought these out and... was instantly annoyed when I asked for a refund. And had the nerve to look at me like i was wrong for not accepting sugar milkwith an inch of foam. I'm sorry you were out of cold brew. Perhaps train your staff on how to handle these situations properlyinstead of giving customers attitude for not accepting trash orders. Read more

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Roanoke Rapids, NC store. My family went in to get donuts but LEFT EMPTY... HANDED due to the negative attitudes, lack of help, and the eye rolling from employees when we asked if someone could help us. Ihave never received such horrible Customer Service in my life. I will not return to this store. Plus, I will use the power ofword of mouth so others do not have to be treated this way. I visited here today in the drive thru. My two boys were yelling so loudly in the car. The woman taking my order told me it was... ok and she could hear me fine. She was so patient and kind with me. My order was great and correct. She made my day with herkindness. Read more
We went to this location this morning and nobody was there! We placed our order on the mobile app and we were charged for our... order even though we never received it! We called the corporate office and they didn?t care and said we would get our refund in2-3 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to allow that! They are so unprofessional it?s not even funny. So weposted a letter so that the other 100?s of customers knew how they cared about them! I own my own business and every employee atthat location would be terminated and I would hire a staff that actually wanted to work!!! Ps i used to spend about $300 a monthat Dunkin? and that was low balling it! I will now pay my friends and family to go to anywhere else!!! No coffee in my latte drink service was horrible. Also nothing in stock. They by far have the worst service ever!
