My Mother lives there and I live in Virginia but I stay with her every other week. We have been wanting a new restaurant in R.R.... for so long ! Glad to have you all come to R.R. , we were there Tuesday and really enjoyed the hamburger and the shrimp plate.The people were super nice ! Guy that was working the drive through was awesome ! So let me just say the food was great! The subs are good but the burgers are amazing! My only problem is how they take orders... outside. We were told to go to the 2nd window. But when we got there nobody was on that side so we had to wait and that put carsthat came after us before us. But once they gentlemen came to take our order I love how he was very honest about how he feltabout some of the menu items.Definitely need adult supervisor outside to make sure the flow of everything keeps going. Worst food I have ever eaten from HWY 55. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 combos. 1 cheesesteak with extra cheese, 2... cheesesteak all the way. Checked the bags when I got home, 1 was plain, with only meat. Wasnt even full. 1 had no cheese, acouple of onions, 1 mushroom, and 1 pepper and the other one had little cheese, 1 pepper no mushroom or onions. Our total was$44. We could have had a steak dinner for that price! Not good service and the food is terrible. This restaurant just opened andonly had 1 car in the parking lot... So they sure cant use the excuse of " We're busy." Read more

Don't waste your time or money. The ppl taking orders outside and working the front counter were nice but the young girls at the... window and from what I could see of the what looked like 20 ppl standing shoulder to shoulder in the kitchen were all young andimmature. I ordered in the drive through but had to come inside to have my shake that was just ice cream over half way throughremade and one of the girls working the window got an attitude when she was told the shake needed to be remade. After getting myrefund I returned to my family and my husband said his sandwich he ordered was messed up. It was our first and will be our lasttime eating there. The manager offered to do a refund and remake but I was so disappointed in the whole experience I took mymoney and left. And let me not forget that we had to pull down and wait for half our order because the girls were so busytalking at the window they didn't realize they didn't give us our full order until they saw us still sitting there. My burger was NOT cooked properly. Didn't notice until getting home( 15 min drive) I asked for and paid to have my fries upside... and they were NOT. Pleasant service. Outside Drive thru workers need more training. Read more
