I?ve eaten at A LOT of McDonald?s and found this on a road trip north from Hilton head and so glad I found them. What a nice... crew everyone was so friendly while some orders were messed up they were very cordial to the customers and went above and beyondin my opinion to make it right. No issue with my order it was hot fresh and they actually got my special request right. You?d besurprised how hard it is to NOT get pickles on a sandwich. I assumed that most McDonald's served breakfast 24hrs but found out otherwise after waiting in like for 30+ mins. So on the next... morning when I arrived and requested a steak bagel, which once again, I assumed ALL McDonald's now had back in stock, I was toldonce again this location doesn't have it either, after once again waiting 30+ mins in the drive thru. I definitely won't bewasting anymore of my time trying to find something on their extremely LIMITED MENU. Read more
I'm definitely not feeling McDonald's anymore. I believe this will be my last time eating there. The food is never prepared... well. It's never fresh unless you request it to be. The taste is no longer good to me. Everything about McDonald's is negative.No matter how much I try, or which place I go to, the food isn't good. Fries old or burnt, overcooked. Burgers are always madesloppy and it doesn't taste like real beef. No more McDonald's for me. Read more
The pizza was delicious. They serve pasta too in addition to their normal menu. Kids loved the playplace and arcade.
I ordered for a mobile pick up thinking it would be quicker; however, after waiting for about 15 minutes, I decided to go inside... to make sure they had gotten my order. My food was sitting on the counter and my iced coffee was melted. It also tasted likehalf the coffee was made with French vanilla syrup. Read more
They got my order wrong. I ordered two orders of bacon ( 4 pieces) charging me over $4.50, only received one order. On Saturday the fries were old and cold @ 1:30pm. That is not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. Update 12/15/2021: The... Quarter Pounder was only a half of a patty and although they were hot, the fries were greasy. They have not improved. Update06/28/22: My Mom and stepdad stop in at noon and got chicken McNuggets. We will never stop here again, it was so cold inside of the restaurant, we had to go outside and eat. My husband?s burger was... so greasy it soaked through the bun. My Big Mac was thrown together so sloppy I had trouble picking it up to eat. Read more
