I'm not sure what has happened to this place. It is definitely not the Ruby Tuesday I remember. Everything was mediocre. The... mash potato portion was a joke. It literally looked like a table spoon of mash that someone spread out. Ordered zucchini and itwas literally 5 little round slices. The garden bar had an old spring mix you could tell it wasn't fresh. The servers movearound without any enthusiasm. I'm just surprised that Ruby Tuesday Standards has dropped so low. The booth seats sound like youwere sitting on a spring that was on its last leg and looked as if they had been recovered and it was obvious because the coverwas oversized. I'm just curious as to why this would be allowed to happen in a restaurant that was once a thriving popularrestaurant. 2 stars because at least the server was polite. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! The waiter & waitress were kind and took full responsibility of the terrible food quality but the manager... did not take responsibility. My family ordered a few of their dishes and here?s what we got? the bread was sent over burnt. Thenacho chips were stale, pasta was overcooked and the chicken was burnt as well as overcooked. The manager was informed of thesethings and she said, ?Well? we?ve been serving this all day and haven?t had a problem?? Yeah right! Before we walked out,another table picked up and left for the same reason! The booth seats were not even set into the frame, and broken. The bathroomwas disgusting, to be honest I?ve seen toilets at gas stations that look better than this place. If you feel depressed and wantto find a way to cheer yourself up, walk into this place because you?ll see that your life can?t look as bad as this dump! Read more
UPDATE: I gave this restaurant a second chance due to family event. The waitress was very nice and she redeemed herself and... tables were clean,, service was also good.. There is only one waitress taking orders and that can be overwhelming. The bathroomdoors have no latches and not too clean. They do offer specials on the board when you enter this location. I willrecommend. First visit to this restaurant and came with family. As we were escorted to our tables and seated the tables werenot cleaned, the booths were dirty. They waitress continued to hand out menus before cleaning. It took a very long waif on thefood, which was frustrating. I will not recommend. Read more
We ate their Saturday night although they were short staffed the service was AWESOME. Everything was professional and the... manager and servers was polite and courteous. The food was excellent and the salad bar was dynamic. Keep striving for thebest. You guys are doing well. I will see you again soon. Read more
They are incredibly understaffed, but they are fighting the good fight. The people are second to none and besides a few... hiccups we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And they still have a salad bar which is awesome. They are definitely worth yourbusiness. Read more
Ordered a full rack of ribs with corn and broccoli and received this. Called about the error and it took 3-4 calls to get... through. Finally got through and asked for a manager and waited again. When the manager answered she acted as if I was wastingher time and was more rude then I thought possible by any employee much less a manager. She eventually hung up on me because Isaid that she was being rude due to her attitude and the fact she was interrogating me rather than trying to find out what waswrong. I also seemed to be a complete waste of her time. I usually enjoy the food and the service at this chain but will NEVERspend a dime at this location again. I hope this helps someone else so that they don't spend 4 hours like I have with not onlyan incorrect order but how to get it resolved and still be on the hook for the full bill. Read more
The dip was good. Salad was off the hook, pasta it was OK. The service was OK , but we think they were short handed over all. On... our next trip we'll give them another try. Read more
