This location is halfway open; you cannot go inside, and the drive through is closed to regular service. door dash and online... orders only. I tried to enter this location, but the doors were locked. The lights were on though, so I called. The youngwoman on the phone informed me of the situation so I figured I'd do an online order, and signed in online at the parkinglocation I was at, then the app said it would be delivered shortly. After waiting over twenty minutes I called and asked whatthe status of my order was and she gave me an attitude about being the only cashier there today, and said she didn't get a callabout my arrival. I explained that I signed in and ordered online just like she suggested, and it said I was good to go, butjust to reiterate, I'm at spot so and so and I'm in this vehicle. She hung up and the food was out to me shortlythereafter. Long story short I just wanted some fast chicken and I got a new app, a new account with another company that hasmy email and phone number, and some soggy food after 45 minutes, plus an attitude from someone that I was extremely patient withconsidering I've worked in the industry before. I will not go back to this location, and it makes me look at all "Zaxby's" alittle differently. The total order was $13.08, the wings and tenders were ordered to be tossed in sauce but there wasn't much.And the fries were also ordered with extra seasoning, I don't think I got that. I also picked one Zaxby's sauce and one ranchand got two ranches. Normally none of that would matter and I'd be happy with any hot food at all, but I'm just pointing out myexperience. Worst zaxbys I have ever been to. Urinal wasn't working, bathroom smelled horrible. 90 sanitation rating (wonder why). No... fries available. Only substitute was bread or coleslaw. Food was very good; salad was very clean and fresh. Everything was slightly over salted. They forgot one item out of the order,... and the iced tea was warm. It took about 25 min to get through the drive through at 12:00. Read more

Service was poor. The attendant argued with my wife when she asked for dressing. He asked "What for?" She said "for the salad we... ordered!" He also balked at substituting honey mustard dipping sauce for the zax sauce. His attitude was one of entitlement andnot wanting to be bothered. The line to order got as much as 6 order groups long while we were eating, so demand was prolongingthe wait time. The food was average. My wife said the chicken fingers were good, but the fries were bland. My salad was okay, but needed another packet of dressing (which I wasn't going to ask for after my wife's experience) and had more cabbage than itneeded. I don't know if they had an off day or what but the people there did not realize that egg and bacon comes on a Cobb salad. It... was suppose to be a fried Cobb salad and she gave me the Cobb without the egg and bacon. Then they all seemed confused when Isaid that it was missing egg. Then I asked about the bacon and they said it cost more for bacon. Either they are wrong or thedescription is wrong. It seemed like the people in front of me was sending back their food alot to and also the one in front ofthem. Also when I got my tea it did not have ice. It may not be the worst Zaxby?s but it is the worst one we have been to. Bathroom trash can overflowed to the floor, there is a... stack of used toilet paper on the floor, and it stinks. The person that took our order interrupted several times and spoke solow we could not hear her. I had to go back n the nasty bathroom to get wet paper towels to wipe a table off, none were usable.Fries were way over cooked, did not get celery and ranch with wings and things dinner. Stopped in while traveling. I had never had Zaxby?s so I thought I would try it. Food was delicious but cashiers were very... rude. My daughter asked if the fries could be replaced in the combo and the reply was nope. She asked if she could pay extrato replace and again it was nope. Several customers came up to ask for condiments or a water cup and they didn?t speak justrolled their eyes. Very rude! They would be out the door if I were their boss. Will not visit there again. Worst Zaxbys I?ve ever been to! Bathroom smells like pee, the lady at the counter wasn?t the brightest and was rude, and our... order was messed up repeatedly and they act like we?re the pain in the arse. First, the chicken fingers were made with the wrongsauce. Below is a picture of the dipping sauces that we paid extra for; which were also the wrong sauce. Maybe a teaspoon ofsauce in each one on top of that. Second pic is my make shift fork because obviously you don?t need one here. We spent $70 andthat?s the effort that we get from the staff. And when we went up to the counter to get things straitened out (multiple times)the employees make eye contact then just turn their back to you. Had to speak up and tell them I needed assistance.
